A 2-1 record last night.
The only loss we took was with the Thunder beating the Rockets to even their series at two apiece. I went into this series liking the Thunder and then switched to the Rockets, and now the series is even. This was another close one with the Thunder winning by just three points. James Harden struggled down the stretch, but this was a huge comeback by the Thunder. They were down 15 points in the third quarter and came back to get the win.
We got the win with the Heat as they swept this series. We rode the Heat in this series and it paid off nicely as they covered every game of the series. They now await the Bucks who took a 3-1 series lead against the Magic.
In the final game of the night, the Lakers took a 3-1 lead over the Blazers with a 135-115 win. The Lakers offense was just amazing here and there was nothing that Portland could do to stop them. They took an 80-51 lead into the half and that was all she wrote. LeBron James had 30 points, 10 assists, and six rebounds in just 28 minutes. The Blazers saw Damian Lillard leave the game with a knee injury and that is likely the end of the Blazers story. It was fun while it lasted.
Only two games today as the Raptors and Celtics both swept their series. They will start their series on Thursday. Early series odds for that one have the Raptors as a -152 favorite to win the series. The Celtics are +125.

Utah Jazz vs. Denver Nuggets Betting Tips:
Three of the four games in this series have gone over and I’m feeling pretty confident that this one will too. The Nuggets are on their last legs here and I am expecting them to go all out offensively. While the Jazz are yet to score less than 124 points in a game in this series. The total went slightly up for the last couple games, but they have blown this number away in all of the games that went over.
I think the Jazz are probably going to close things out here, but the Nuggets could surprise us. They only lost the last game by two points and I could see this one ending with another close score. The over is the play.
Dallas Mavericks vs. Los Angeles Clippers Betting Tips:
Luka fever is taking over the NBA and I can’t possibly imagine going against the Mavericks here. This series is tied 2-2 and their two losses are by eight points. That makes the -7 line nearly perfect, but I am imagining a closer game here. Luka has really figured out how to dominate and with Paul George continuing to struggle, I can see the Mavs cooking again here.
The Mavs will once again be without Kristaps Porzingis, but that didn’t seem to bother them much last time as they out-rebounded the Clippers by 13 in game four. Dallas has done a great job of exploiting mismatches and weaker players on the Clippers. Patrick Beverley is not expected to play again tonight and his absence is hurting the Clippers a ton right now.
It’s time to catch that Luka fever. Go Mavs.
