I have to admit, that while the Sunday session wasn’t the most exciting night of darts, we did get one classic match with Dave Chisnall losing to John Henderson in an absolute belter. Chisnall fired in 11 maximums, had some match darts and just couldn’t get over the line, with Hendo regaining the lead when it mattered the most. Elsewhere, Colin Osborne won his qualifier, but then lost 3-0 to Brendan Dolan. Raymond van Barneveld looked decent against Jamie Lewis, and Jelle Klaasen missed a whole raft of doubles in his 3-1 defeat at the hands of Jamie Caven.
