Tomorrow sees the NFL season kick off, and we’ll have NFL Betting Tips then.
Yesterday, we had UFC & Bellator betting tips and we went 2-1. Wow – I wish we had bet Big Ben Rothwell because he just crushed Overeem and he was a +300 bet. That was quite the fight – Rothwell took a lot of what Overeem had to offer and just blew it all off.
We lost our lone Bellator bet – of Freire vs Curran to go Under 4.5 rounds. That one went to a decision.
We won with Matt Mitrione, who KTFO Derrick Lewis with a beautiful little punch – nice to see all his football playing pay off inside the Octagon.
Finally we had Lauzon to beat Chiesa and that was an iffy one – but we did say it was a 50/50 brawl and it’d be better to bet the fighter with the higher odds. Hopefully we will see both of them in the Octagon squaring off again in the near future.
Tomorrow sees UEFA European Championship Qualifying as the qualifying for Euro 2016 starts. Let’s get to the betting tips for three of those games today:
Euro 2016 Betting Tips: Hungary vs Northern Ireland
Hungary are a much improved nation, and this is a must-win game for them if they want to qualify for the tournament. They’ve been solid at home too.
Northern Ireland meanwhile just haven’t looked special at all. They’re also missing Ben Reeves and Alex Bruce which are too big losses. Stuart Dallas and Ryan McLaughlin are also out. A lot of players missing, and we think Hungary will take it. However both teams have goalscorers, and we see value in the Over 2.5 goals here.
Euro 2016 Betting Tips: Germany vs Scotland
To no surprise, Germany are massive, massive favourites. However don’t discount Scotland – Gordon Strachan in the little time he has been there has worked wonders, and really had Scotland playing well.
The odds on this one we like – Scotland are 18/1 while a Draw is 15/2. We will go with “Draw or Scotland” which basically means Germany can’t win. 9/2 odds on that one and we feel it’s worth the value – Germany may be a bit lackluster while Scotland would love to beat the World Champions.
Euro 2016 Betting Tips: Greece vs Romania
Interesting odds here with Greece slight favourites at 21/20, Greece vs Romania are 23/10 for the draw and then Romania to win is 10/3. Greece are coming off a World Cup where they played well while Romania failed to qualify.
Greece beat Romania to qualify for the World Cup, with a 3-1 1st leg and 1-1 2nd leg.
Really – Greece are always a solid tough team who at home should get the win. 21/20 odds is a steal – I mean the bookies have Greece 1-0 at 9/2 which says it all – that’s the favoured result.
