Nice to see Scotland getting the win today! Regardless of the circumstances of Steven Naismith leaving Rangers, I always held him in high regard. I feel he’s a quality player and it was a pity he never got going at the top level.

Sorry for no tips last couple of days. Hopefully this will be the last interruption for awhile. I went to Toronto this weekend and it was a bit of a drunken mess. Had went up there Thursday for a fantasy football draft (wrote the tips that day on the train). What was meant to be a draft followed by a chill night watching the opening game turned into hitting up multiple after hours spots and being out till bloody 5am.

Didn’t get back till Saturday and I immediately had to go to a family function where I was greeted with a bottle of tequila AND a bottle of moonshine. So yeah – no chance to do any tips there and to say Sunday was a write-off would be a slight understatement.

Anyway I don’t see any interruptions for the next little while. I’m off to Dallas in October for a Cowboys game but I’ll be working in the mornings so should hopefully be able to get the tips going still.

Let’s cover the UEFA Nations League again. Been quite enjoying it and the results make sense. So much better than friendlies.

Spain vs Croatia Betting Tips:

Spain got off to a good start with a 2-1 victory over England. They went down 1-0 but fought back hard and got the win. Of course outside of set pieces I don’t rate England too much at the moment but still good to see the fight back from Spain.

They’re going up against Croatia who are playing their first match in the tournament and I think we’re getting a great price. Croatia have lost a few key players such as Mario Mandzukic and that one will be a big loss for the team.

It’s going to be a slight transition for the team and while based on the World Cup we know these guys are quality, I just think Spain are going to keep things going and play off their winning start. I think Spain can win this one comfortable.

I’m backing Spain for 1u at 1.73 odds which you can bet at https://www.Bovada.lv

Double of the Day:

Not much else taking my fancy so I’ll do a wee double.

I’ll go with Luxembourg to win. San Marino are not a good team and got thumped by Belarus. Luxembourg played a very good game with a big 4-0 victory over Moldova. Luxembourg will want to continue that form and will come here feeling confident that they are the better team. Morale is buzzing and you’ve got to expect them to get the win here.

I’ll also add Finland to win. Feel good about Finland after that solid victory over Hungary. That was a tough game and their defense looked excellent. I’m slightly concerned about their ability to score but they looked solid. Estonia were really lacking in creativity against Greece and so I think Finland just have them pipped.

Odds for this double are 1.79 and you can bet it at https://www.Bovada.lv
