First of all I already have some tips written for February 27th. I wrote up some EPL Betting Tips yesterday.
I was going to cover some Thursday action but there really isn’t too much going on. Or if there is something I am interested in stat betting – such as the Iranian Premier League – the bookies don’t have odds for it yet.
So having a quick look and I see some potential plays in Serie B. We had a good outing in Italy on the weekend thanks to our 3u play on Sampdoria so let’s go for another profitable day:
Venezia vs Perugia Betting Tips:
Venezia are currently 6th bottom of Serie B. Bottom 4 get relegated so things are pretty tight down there and really any of the bottom teams can still be saved.
You can see them really fighting in their recent games and although they only have one win in their last 6 games they’re still battling hard.
They have a solid home record despite their issues. It’s away where they are poor. At home they have lost just twice in 11 games with 5 wins. They have a very good defensive unit and excel at home with just 0.91 goals per game conceded.
Perguia are on a bad run of form and they can’t find any consistency. To their credit they do have 2 away wins in their last 2 away games so they are obviously a danger team. However they look like they have little chance of being promoted and also have a very leaky defence.
While Venezia struggle to score I think there’s a chance they can steal one here.

Spezia vs Livorno Betting Tips:
Spezia come into this one on the back of two tough losses. They lost to Hellas Verona and Carpi but did battle hard.
Livorno come into this one on some decent enough form but they are just a terrible team away while Spezia are generally solid at home.
Spezia are still in with a shout at promotion and beating up on a team like Livorno is the way to do it. Their offense is one of the best in the league and I’ve got to think they can keep going and get the goals here.
