I felt pretty good last week after the Serie A betting tips and that 3u win on Sampdoria. Not just the winnings of course – although that was nice – but it was fun to pay attention to Serie A again.
It’s always been one of my favourite leagues as I grew up when it was the most prestigous league. I still remember the day I was able to get a copy of Championship Manager Italia with the likes of Brian Laudrup at AC Milan – which as a Rangers fan I loved. Then the likes of Van Basten, Papin there etc – oh man.
After I do these tips I may just have to spend some time playing that now. Or get a game going in Football Manager 2019. Ugh.
Anyway let’s get on with the Serie A Betting Tips. I looked at Saturdays games but nothing that stood out to me. I think Roma squeak a victory but 2.75 odds? No thanks.
Double of the Day:
Torino to Win: Torino are coming into this on the back of some inredibly solid defensive performances. They’ve racked up 5 clean sheets in a row and go up against a Chievo squad who have yet to win a game away all season. Chievo are deservedly bottom of Serie A and they are getting relegated. You can see it in their performances where the offense just can’t get anything going. Props to them for the draw against Genoa last week but Torino should take them to town.
Genoa to Win: Genoa had that tough draw away to Chievo and I’ve got to think they bounce back from that. That’s almost like a loss. Fact is away they are pretty much garbage. They’re looking safe from relegation but there’s still a fair bit of time left. Frosinone are battling hard against relegation and to their credit have put in some decent performances recently however I’ve got to think the better team win out.

Atalanta vs Fiorentina Betting Tips:
Atalanta come into this one on the back of two tough losses. A loss to Torino away and a loss at home to AC Milan and I think their struggles will continue here.
Fiorentina are playing with a fair bit of confidence lately and aren’t too shabby away. With a win here they would go above Atalanta.
I don’t know if they can or not but I do think their defence is solid enough to keep the Atalanta offence at bay, while I think offensively they can match up with them.
