We had success last week with the Scottish Championship going 2-0, so I wanted to focus on the lower leagues in Scotland yet again.
Unfortunately it’s Scottish Cup weekend there so not a lot of games on the board. However there are leagues below the Championship and that’s what I’ll look at.
I was talking about Championship Manager yesterday. One of my favourite games as a teenager was to go Queen’s Park. They always had that issue with amateur status so it made it such a challenge. But it was always fun – especially with the dream of selling out Hampden.
God I just know that within the next few days I’m going to start a Football Manager game. I downloaded it yesterday after reminiscing about Champ Italia “just to see”. Milan was tempting and I know I’ll start a game soon.
Anyhoo let’s get on with the tips from the Scottish lower leagues.
Dunfermline vs Queen of the South Betting Tips:
Dunfermline are on a much needed run of form at the moment with victories over Thistle, Ayr and Caley.
They’ve managed to do that with three clean sheets which is impressive and now they go up against a troubled Queen of the South team who are on a 5 game losing streak in the league.
Dunfermline have forced their way out of the relegation zone and are now looking at potential promotion. It’s a reality and with a game in hand over Caley they won’t want to blow it.
Queen of the South are struggling at the moment and I’ve got to think Dunfermline keep on marching on. Their defensive performances at the moment are excellent.

Dumbarton vs Arbroath Betting Tips:
This should be a good game. Dumbarton have been a fun team lately with a lot of high scoring games. Their offense is ticking as they take on top of the league Arbroath. This should be a good game.
Dumbarton should be up for this and have confidence as they are performing against the top teams. In saying that Arbroath are generally miles ahead of everyone else and have the league wrapped up.
I think Dumbarton can at least make a game of it though and we’ll back the over on this one as I think it shhuld have the goals.
