Just a quick heads up that I am going on a quick trip to the States this week. I’ll be away from Tuesday until Thursday.
I’m hoping that won’t impact the daily soccer tips but with the NHL season beginning too, I’ll be very busy doing tips over at BetNHL.ca so that MAY have a slight impact and I may miss a day or two.
I will try my best not to however! Just depends on finding the time. As it’s not just about writing tips but also about having the time to focus etc.
Alright with that said couple of games Monday that I am going to tackle. Manchester United vs Arsenal in the English Premier League, and Parma vs Torino in Serie A.
Let’s get to it:
Man Utd vs Arsenal Betting Tips:
It’s a rocky time for Man Utd at the moment and there is already a foregone conclusion in the media that Ole Gunnar Solksjaer is on his way out. They’ve got a tricky tie at home to Arsenal here.
Old Trafford isn’t the fortress it once was, with the odds of this one going United way at 240. Man Utd scraped a win over Leicester here and lost to Palace recently.
Arsenal have been average away with their one loss being against Liverpool. They beat Newcastle and drew against Watford
Despite that, I do feel Utd have been unlucky and should be higher. Their defense has been making mistakes that they need to plug.
Arsenal meanwhile I’ve felt have been a bit fortunate.
Paul Pogba is still doutful for Utd and Marcus Rashford is also struggling as is Anthony Martial. That’s tough. We might see Mason Greenwood get a game
I’m going to base this one on whether Pogba starts or not as I think he is a big factor.

Parma vs Torino Betting Tips:
The home side are quite big underdogs here at 3.10 odds to win. Torino are 2.30.
There is Serie A action going on as I type this so the positions will change but Torino are 7th in the league while Parma are 11th. Only 3 points separate them.
Parma have been an odd lot this season but I am surprised they are such heavy underdogs. Feels like almost a reaction to Torino beating AC Milan more than anything else. Yeah Parma aren’t lighting the world on fire and barely beat Sassuolo but still – they’re not looking too bad at all.
I think Parma can battle for the draw here. Torino have looked inconsistent and while they have had some excellent results like the Milan one and the Atalanta win – they need to start doing that on a more regular basis before I can consider them in spots like this.
