I only had the 1 bet for the Champions League on Wednesday and we went 1-0 there with the play on the draw between Brugge vs Lazio. 3.50 odds for that one.
I also called the draw in the Ferencvaros game although I didn’t advise it as a tip – just said I was doing it for entertainment purposes. Nice that it came in though.
It was a 2-1 day in the Champions League on Tuesday. I backed Atletico to win at 1.60 odds for multiple units and boy was that a sweat. Joah Felix won it for us in the 85th minute. Also won with Shakhtar or Draw. Only loss was Munich -2.5. Boy do I hate handicaps.
Nice to get some winners in Europe. I skipped the Europa League and took a well deserved day off.
Let’s look at the EPL action this weekend – only the three games on Saturday. Odds wise of course we have nothing too appealing but hey let’s see what there is.

Sheffield United vs Man City Betting Tips:
It’s been a struggling start to the season for Man City but they will look to get back in business when they face Sheffield United. Sheffield United have just one point from that draw against Fulham.
It’s amazing how poor City have been results wise. No blowouts. Just the one clean sheet. 13th in the league. 8 points in 5 games. Brutal.
I think they’ll win but I don’t feel confident in betting the handicap or the clean sheet. Let’s see if we can do an accumulator.
Burnley vs Chelsea Betting Tips:
Chelsea are in a much similar situation as they take on Burnley who also have just one point to start the season. They are on 9 points but with one more game played. Chelsea had a nice win in Europe which was good for them. I expect they will win here but I just don’t feel confident backing them. I think we’ll do a double with City and….
Liverpool vs West Ham Betting Tips:
…Liverpool. 1.75 odds for the double of Man City & Liverpool – 1u play. Liverpool haven’t been performing amazing or anything and West Ham meanwhile are on a good run. However Liverpool are at home and will not be complacent against West Ham. Just being at Anfield is enough I think it always spurs them on.
So just the one play which is that double.
