Well it was a bit of a surprise result yesterday as Crystal Palace defeated Brighton 2-1.
Feel bad for everyonew ho was on the draw in that one considering Brightons constant draws. Probably seemed like a banker until Benteke netted in the 95th minute.
I was hoping to write up Tuesdays Champions League games yesterday but didn’t get to it. I like to get everything written up the day before etc but still plenty of time so I will cover todays Champions League action right now.

Bookies have this one quite even with Chelsea minor favourites over the other two options of Atletico Madrid and the draw.
Atletico Madrid had an average qualification stage with 3 draws in there. Chelsea despite domestic issues were unbeaten throughout the entire group stage conceding just two goals.
Speaking of domestically Chelsea have turned it around lately. Granted it’s not a murderers row of teams they have faced but they have still looked solid. Atletico are stumbling a bit with just 1 win in their last 4 but are still top of La Liga with a game in hand over Real Madrid.
Due to COVID this one will be taking place in Romania. Atletico will be missing Jose Gimenez and Yannick Carrasco.
Man despite their recent issues and Chelseas performance in Europa – I gotta go with Atletico here. They’ve proven themselves this season and I feel we are getting value on them.

Lazio vs Bayern Munich Betting Tips:
Both teams unbeaten in the group stages. Lazio with a 2-4-0 record, Munich 5-1-0 with that one draw with Atletico.
Domestically, Munich come in struggling with a draw against Bielefeld and a loss to Eintracht Frankfurt. Lazio had a great run snapped at Inter but turned it around with the win over Sampdoria.
Munich talk of the Bundesliga, Lazio 6th in Serie A but it’s very tight there at the top.
Munich are pretty heay favourites here. Bayern have some real defensive issues it seems like though.
This one has the potential for goals. Unfortunately the odds on all of that are too poor and you never know if Champions League teams tighten up.
