Obviously the big game on Tuesday is Real Madrid vs Chelsea in the Champions League. I thought I would have a look at that one but also a few others. Don’t want to focus too much on just one game plus it’s something everyone is covering anyway.
There’s a lot of English League One games but man just too many for me to dive into.
So I’ll go through Real Madrid vs Chelsea and then glance at the lone Portugese Primeira Liga and English Championship games taking place.
Let’s get right down to it:
Real Madrid vs Chelsea:
The first leg in this one. Both teams deserve to be here based on their Champions League performances thus far. Both very solid. Chelsea defensively have been superb with 7 clean sheets in 10 games.
Chelsea have conceded just 3 goals total. Nuts man.
Domestically both teams come in on solid enough form.
Have to wonder if this is going to be one of those games where both teams play very conservative. Real Madrid will likely have Hazard involved at some point.
The under is way too low odds but I am going to do 1u on Both Teams To Score = No at 1.80 odds.
Farense vs Portimonense:
Farsense will be looking to win this one to get out of the relegation zone. Portimonense on the back of some decent form have just got out of there recently.
They had won three on the trot before the 5-1 loss to Benfica. Farense stopped a 3 game skid with a 2-0 win over Pacos Ferreira which was very impressive and momentum will be on their side.
Portimonense won the first game 2-0 at home. Their away record is dire though but they are pretty decent at getting a goal away.
I like both teams to get on the score sheet. 1u on BTTS = Yes at 2.00 odds.
Brentford vs Rotherham:
Brentford decent favourites here. No surprise. 9 matches in a row without losing. Beat Rotherham last time out 2-0. Form has been a tad rocky with a lot of draws though. Brentford look to retain that 3rd position spot. Rotherham looking to get the hell out of the relegation zone.
Wonder how Rotherham will play here if they will want to go defensively and try and gain a point. Analyzed this one, no bet for me.
