Euro 2020 Top Team Goalscorer Bets: Austria, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Ukraine

As the countdown to Euro 2020 begins – this Friday is the first game – I will cover the Group C teams and give my analysis of the Top Team Goalscorer.

Let’s get into Group C Top Team Goalscorer.

Top Austria Team Goalscorer Betting Tips:

Austria scored 19 goals in 10 games in qualification. But I mean 6 of those were in the 6-0 game over Latvia. Marko Arnautovic was the star with 6 goals total. Two of those – including a pen – were in that Latvia game.

Outside of qualifiers they haven’t exactly been a goalscoring machine. They’ll be happy to have North Macedonia in here no doubt.

Lots of questions however who will start. I was hoping the bookies would lump Arnautovic up as favourites and give me good odds on Kaladzjic but that’s not the case. Kalajdzic is the favourite.

Based on that and their striker issues I’ll go with the more reliable Marcel Sabitzer who will at least start.

Top Netherlands Team Goalscorer Betting Tips:

Group C runner up with 24 goals in 8 games but a few of those were restricted to batterings. Wijnauldum was the top with 8 goals while Depay was on 6 goals.

Depay is the favourite and no surprise there. They had a surprising formation against Scotland and Georgia with the 5-3-2.

There is no point in being fancy here. He can take the set pieces, he is the proven goalscorer and has adjusted well in this 5-3-2 formation.

Top North Macedonia Team Goalscorer Betting Tips:

North Macedonia made it here via the playoff path. They came 3rd in Group G in qualifiers with just 12 goals in 10 games. Elmas was a good goalscorer for him however you notice that often it’s as if he isn’t even playing. It’s very weird.

Pandev is the favourite but man goals wise not sure you can count on him even though he is the man with the experience in this side.

I’m going to do a small, speculative bet on Elmas but this is one where I really don’t have a clue. Not even sure if Trajkovski will start. I honestly don’t hate no goalscorer either but at 5.50 odds – eh.

Top Ukraine Team Goalscorer Betting Tips:

Ukraine won Group B although they scored just 17 goals in the process. Yaremchuk got 4 of those. Since the qualifiers they haven’t really been a goal machine either. It’s all about the counter attack for them. Could make for some fun games.

Yaremchuk is likely the man to get the goals here but with the way it’s spread around, I’m doing a small bet on Viktor Tsygankov instead. Goals are spread around enough with this team that I think there is value in him there. However I would also advise a bet on Yaremchuk as well.
