We’re a little bit late today as we didn’t see any action really and we wanted to spend some time studying the English Premier League and other games going on Saturday.
We’re also busy killing ourselves after Justin Rose’s dramatic failure at the golf. A +7 on round 1. Unbelievable. Then he goes from +7 to -5 on the next day? Are you kidding me?
And hey look at that – Jordan Spieth is human! He didn’t even make the cut at the Barclays which was crazy. Justin Rose, with his day today – actually made the cut which is insane. And we have to admit we are quite excited because a bounce back like that is huge and the next two days are going to be SO fun watching the golf.
Fairing a bit better in the LPGA with the 10/1 Lexi Thompson sitting 2nd 1 stroke behind. And also Gene Sauers currently in the money for us in the Champions Tour – tied for 4th.
Barclays Premier League Betting Tips:
We’re going to take Leicester to beat Bournemouth. 12/5 for that.Bournemouth got their first win against West Ham last week, and they will be confident after the game against Hartlepool in midweek. But Leicester are just a superior team and we feel they should dominate this one. They’ve went 2-1-0 for the season with a big win away to West Ham as well. Just hard to see anyone stopping Riyad Mahrez at the moment – guy is a beast.
We’ll also take Aston Villa to beat Sunderland. Can get that one at evens which is perfect. Villa haven’t had the best start to the season – but Sunderland look like a mess. Advocaat seems to be playing chicken with the board – and you can tell his heart isn’t in it. He’s very frustrated at the lack of signings and money available to him and when you have a manager in disarray like that – yeah, not good.
Villa will be confident after their extra time win over Notts County.
In the English Championship we will take Hull to beat Preston. We just feel Hull are too strong for the Championship and although they haven’t been fully dominating yet – they’ve got an excellent price on them after their loss to Charlton of 11/10. Absolutely dripping of value that one.
Scottish Premiership Tips:
Despite the short odds of 4/6 we’re on Aberdeen to beat Partick Thistle. Aberdeen just look great this season and have had dominating victories over everyone. Thistle are really struggling and got quite the whooping off Hearts last week.
Also on Ross County to beat Dundee Utd – sorry Fraser. After knocking the crap out of Killie last week Ross County followed it up with a great win over Ayr. Utd just look very poor the last few games. It’s as if they are playing poor on purpose till the transfer deadline so Celtic don’t take any more of their players!
Finally we’re on Over 2.5 goals in Dundee vs Inverness Caley. 23/20 odds there we like there to be a fair amount of goals.
