It’s Wednesday at the SportsBettingTips.org offices – and everywhere else – and that means we are doing our golf betting picks for today.
With only 3 games in the NHL we will also cover that today and analyze all three games.
We had another winner last week in the golf in the Tshwane Open. Nothing huge but with the variance of golf – money is money:
That was a nice one. Props to Burmester for continuing his nice form at the Tshwane Open.
Let’s get to this weeks picks:
Golf Betting Picks:
In the PGA tour it’s the Northern Trust Open and we’ve got three bets for you for this one. We’re going to first take Dustin Johnson. His current form is poor of course but at this course it’s all about the top quality players and that’s what Johnson is. He knows how to play here and you’re either going to see a stellar performance from him or a brutal one. If stellar – he can go all the way.
We’re also enjoying Bill Haas lately and with his solid, solid form we’re going to be placing a bet on him to win. He looked so good at Pebble Beach last week and if he plays like that here he should get in the top 5 no problem.
There’s also Keegan Bradley. He’s a lot better than he is playing at the moment and with some decent course form here we think he can surprise us all.
All three of the above bets are to bet to win, and place an each way bet too.
In the European Tour it’s the Maybank Championship Malaysia and it’s a difficult one. For this one we’ve decided to take a unit and split it amongst 4 golfers to win and E/W. More of a casual bet although we’ve did our research so it’s your call if you want to go for it.
We’re on Rafael Cabrera Bello who is 16/1, Canizares at 45/1, Scott Hend who is 60/1 and David Howell at a whopping 110/1.
Finally in the LPGA we’re on Lydia Ko to win.
NHL Betting Picks:
Only 3 games today let’s analyze them all:
Blackhawks vs Rangers: There’s rumours that McDonagh may make it back tonight which is big for the Rangers. With the offensive firepower on both sides you might think about the over but the last few games between the teams have been very low scoring with a couple of 1-0 wins in there. This is a tight game and we have it very close – but we’ll take Rangers to win due to the odds and just how solid Rangers are at home. Blackhawks are also very leaky on the road with a 2.97 GAA.
Canadiens vs Avalanche: With still no Carey Price back there’s a lot of trouble with Montreal at the moment. The locker room looks to be a disaster and we can’t see them picking themselves up. Avs are reeling after that loss to Buffalo, but with Montreal and their troubles the price is just too good tonight to ignore the Avalanche. Avs to win.
Wild vs Flames: With Torchetti as the coach, the Wild recorded a very important win against the Canucks. They’re going to be pumped up and out all on offense. The Flames however are one of the top goal scoring teams at home with 3 goals per game average. Over 5 Goals in this one.
