Much like the Atlanta Falcons this past week, we’ve been killing it in the NFL and we’re hoping that continues.
With The English Premier League having a lot of games today, we’ve split our tips into two posts. This one covers the NFL and you can see the EPL Betting Tips here.
NFL Betting Tips: Houston Texans vs New York Giants
This is a head scratcher for us and really seems like a bad line a Texans go in as +1 underdogs.
We’ll be tipping Texans all the way. Their defense is beastly as they proved in Week 1, and they’re going up against Eli freaking Manning. We’re sure the Giants will come good eventually and they do have the potential to win – but it’s just one of those bets where you don’t spend too much time thinking about it.
Go with the Texans to win straight up.
NFL Betting Tips: Minnesota Vikings vs New Orleans Saints
Another easy one. Even with AP in the team, you’d probably like the Saints by a touchdown. Now it’s pretty much a no-brainer. Vikings need to adjust to life without Adrian Peterson, and it’s going to take them time. The Patriots are not a great team this year but they walked all over the depleted Vikings.
We saw last week the Minnesota Vikings can’t rally together, and without Adrian Peterson again we just don’t see it happening.
NFL Betting Tips: Cowboys vs Rams
The Cowboys bounced back in Week 2 and showed what they can do. The Rams, who were destroyed at home in Week 1 by the Vikings, could barely beat the Bucs last week. It WAS a hard fought victory for them but the Bucs are another team who don’t look too good.
We like Tony Romo to lead the Cowboys to their second victory of the season.
NFL Betting Tips: Bengals vs Titans
Hold off on this one until Sunday morning. Bengals are -6.5 and it looks like A.J. Green is going to play. But only bet it if he does play.
WWE Night of Champions Betting Tips:
Not a lot of appealing odds here. With the US Championship being such a little deal, it’s not the worst bet in the world to go with Sheamus +170 although we wouldn’t recommend it. Rusev should win, Orton should win etc – very little value.
We’d recommend betting Nikki Bella / AJ Lee to win the Triple Threat. The diva booking is always all over the place and at +190 there it’s worth the bet.
Also worth betting John Cena at +310. Honestly that seems like something that is close to a 50/50 so +310 is a massive price. There’s enough good reasons for Cena to win that one.
