Welcome to Wednesday, and of course it’s time for my weekly free golf betting tips.
I’m on a roll at the moment that’s for damn sure and we’ve came close to some big money payouts.
3 weeks ago I tipped Lexi Thompson at 20/1 to win the ANA Inspiration. She got screwed by that person who watched a TV replay there but still cashed for the money.
In the Masters we had the 22/1 Justin Rose and we all know how that turned out. We got the place money though so it was all good.
And last week was the RBC Heritage. We had the 50/1 William McGirt and the 33/1 Luke Donald both to win and E/W. Both came very close and didn’t quite make it – but it still meant money for us.
Here’s the betting slips:
Hopefully this run continues.
This week we’ve got the Valero Texas Open. I have to admit I couldn’t stop myself this week – I usually have 1-4 picks but I ended up going with 6 golfers.
All of them are to win and E/W. Here they are:
- J.J. Spaun
- Ollie Schneiderjans
- Charley Hoffman
- Zach Johnson
- Ryan Palmer
- Daniel Summerhays
You can bet them to win and E/W at:
Here are my thoughts on them all…..
Spaun has no history on this course however I look at his game and I like what I see from him. I think he could do very well at this course. He’s coming in on the back of a very solid season thus far.
Ollie – no way I’m typing his last name again – is someone I only really paid attention to after a solid performance at the RBC Heritage. I looked into him after that as he’s now on my list of golfers I look into right away. Must admit I am quite impressed with what I’ve seen from him and I think he’s worth a bet at the odds.
For Hoffman he’s always been solid here. He’s coming in off theb ack of some decent form and I’m happy to back him based on his performances at this course.
Zach Johnson has won this tournament a couple of times. He’s always on my radar this year. Actually during the break over Christmas I looked through everything and he sort of stuck out to me. I even tipped him back at the Sony Open where he came 6th.
I’m going to take him here simply due to past performances. Not based on current form that’s for damn sure!
Summerhays is someone who has came in the top 15 in his last 4 performances here. Even when he is in bad form he performs here. I’ll always back a golfer like that.
Finally for Ryan Palmer I love the momentum he is coming in with here and I enjoyed his performance at the RBC Heritage.
For those readers who have stuck it out and read to the end – the Legends of Golf 2017 on the Champions Tour takes place this week. Get on Andrade/Durant to win and E/W.
