It’s Wednesday and time for the weekly golf tips here at SportsBettingTips.org.
What a great week it was last week with the golf and I hope you were in on it as we had contenders in all 4 of the tournaments going into the last day.
We fell short with Carballo in the Web.com. That was a close one however he unfortunately struggled right at the death of the tournament with a poor last day and that cost us.
We also had some excitement with Colsaerts over on the European Tour. He had a late comeback but just couldn’t get into the top 5 for us.
We did however get Anna Nordqvist cashing in the LPGA for us as well as Matt Kuchar over on the Memorial.
Those were two nice ones to make it a nice profitable week.

This week there are three tournaments I’m looking at so let’s get to them.
PGA Betting Tips:
On the PGA tour we have the Fedex St. Jude Classic. This is one where I’m betting DESPITE the odds. I don’t think the odds are good for Phil Mickelson but I’m going to take it anyway. I’d prefer a wee bit higher but oh well.
Phil pulled out of the US Open to attend his daughters graduation. I just get the feeling that decision is going to make him feel at peace with himself and that he’ll come into this tournament in the right mindset and is just ripe for a win.
Add into that his history on this course and it honestly wouldn’t surprise me to see Phil dominate. The problem with the odds is his current form isn’t all that great but I’m happy wagering on him here for half a unit to win and E/W.
The only other one that stuck out to me on the St. Jude Classic was Brian Gay. He’s won here before and has had some decent results this season. I think a week off will have helped him and he can come into this one feeling confident. I’m on him for a quarter unit – usual to win and E/W.

European Tour Betting Tips:
Over on the European Tour it’s the Lyoness Open.
The first one I like is Gregory Bourdy and I like Bourdy enough to back him for a half unit to win and E/W. I like the form he’s got coming into here and he is a big momentum golfer so hopefully that sticks with him.
I’m also on Gary Stal who seems to really do well at this course. It’s a long shot one so I’m on a quarter unit.
Champions Tour Betting Tips:
No web.com or LPGA for me this week just the Champions Tour. This one is the Principal Charity Classic and I’m taking Billy Andrade. For him it’s all about keeping consistent. If he can do that he should have no trouble owning this. Usual to win and E/W for a quarter.
