A 1-1 record last night.
Thomas Pannone had a heck of a start which cost the Rays the win. In our other game the Indians had a 4-2 lead late, blew that lead and then won in extras. Phew, that was a close one.
Sunday means a full slate of day games. Just two games that the system likes today.

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Toronto Blue Jays Betting Tips:
The Rays let us down yesterday, but Blake Snell is on the mound today and we can always count on him. He has a 1.97 ERA/3.07 FIP on the year and has a major league leading 20 wins. I think he’s going for 21 today. The Jays have been weaker against lefties all season and he’s one of the best.
The Jays will send Ryan Borucki to the mound and I think he is hittable for this Rays offense. He has a 3.86 ERA/3.57 FIP/4.57 xFIP so there is some luck built in there. His homerun rate has been a bit fluky and the Rays can win this one.
Bet Rays -1.5 (-114)
Milwaukee Brewers vs. Pittsburgh Pirates Betting Tips:
This line just feels slightly too low for me. The Brewers offense isn’t in the best spot right now, but they have hit righties for a 99 wRC+ on the year which makes them neither good nor bad. The pitcher they are facing today is bad. Nick Kingham has a 4.69 ERA/5.15 FIP on the year and I like the Brewers to do well here today.
Wade Miley goes for the Brewers and I’ve been waiting on a blow up from him for some time. He’s just not this good. He’s been slightly worse in his road starts and has a 2.08 ERA/3.59 FIP/4.23 xFIP on the year. Low strikeouts, low BABIP and high left on base percentage. I’m not looking for much here, just a few runs to get things started. I think that’ll happen and this one will go over.
