The PDC Premier League is back in Bournemouth for another night of darts action, and what a night it promises to be. We have Barney opening up against Simon Whitlock, then the out-of-form Gary Anderson faces The Artist Kevin Painter. The in-form James Wade faces Andy Hamilton, before the undefeated Phil Taylor takes on Adrian Lewis, in what promises to be a classic encounter. So it’s a great night of darts, which is, as always live on Sky Sports.

The Premier League Darts action comes to you from Nottingham tonight, with a full line-up of great matches in store. Gary Anderson is back in the mix, taking on last week’s whitewash-ee, Simon Whitlock in the last match of the evening. The Nottingham fans also have Kevin Painter taking on Raymond van Barneveld in the first match, while Adrian Lewis takes on James Wade, and Andy Hamilton has the unenviable task of taking on Phil Taylor, who is in imperious form at the moment. Last week’s big bet on Adrian Lewis to score the most 180s against Andy Hamilton paid of, and we got a very nice lift out of that for our free darts betting tip. A sad week for the darting world this week, with the sad passing of the legendary Jocky Wilson. The Premier League night in Cardiff will honour the great man with a minute’s tribute before the action begins. Tonight sees Adrian Lewis in double duty tonight, as Gary Anderson is missing due to a family bereavement. So, not the happiest week in the PDC world, but I’m sure the action tonight will make up for it.

As mentioned above, Adrian Lewis is on double duty tonight, opening up against Andy Hamilton, before taking on Raymond van Barneveld in the final match of the night. In between, Simon Whitlock faces James Wade in what has the potential to be a fantastic match, and Phil Taylor will be looking to continue his Premier League dominance when he takes on Kevin Painter. The double duty makes the night different to most other nights in the PDC Premier League, but different isn’t always bad. For fans of Adrian Lewis, it’s a great thing! So, the action comes from Cardiff, which is not only a beautiful city, but there’s a rich darts history there and the crowd love their darts. I have no doubt that the crowd will act a special something to tonight’s action.
