2014 PDC World Matchplay Day Six Premium Picks
Tonight the quarter-finals begin, and we have 4 of the PDC’s top players hitting the oche, with James Wade and Simon Whitlock starting us off, before Michael van Gerwen faces Dave Chisnall in the night’s closer. After last night’s great action, we have a lot to life up to last night.
We hit the bar for a perfect night last night, with Paul Nicholson letting us down on more than one occasion! Still, we had a bit of fortunate with Michael Smith nabbing the two 180s we needed in the final leg of the match, and Adrian Lewis finally snuffing out the threat of Mervyn King just in time to beat the handicap. Bunting wrapped the highest checkout win early on, and Anderson never looked like needing to hit a 170, so it was a coast to the finish in that match.
