Philadelphia Phillies at Miami Marlins Betting Tips:
PHI – Kyle Gibson 3.71 ERA/3.87 FIP (2021)
MIA – Sandy Alcantara 3.19 ERA/3.45 FIP (2021)
Sandy Alcantara is a pretty solid pitcher. He has a decent strikeout rate, does a great job of limiting homeruns, and keeps his walks down.
This park is also great for limiting scoring which should help him today against a dangerous Phillies offense. They are all power so the combination of park and pitcher should keep them quiet early.
The Marlins offense is bad and they have started even worst with just a 73 wRC+ so far. Gibson is pretty average, but that should be enough.

Cincinnati Reds at Los Angeles Dodgers Betting Tips:
CIN – Luis Cessa 4.51 ERA/4.22 FIP (Projection)
LAD – Walker Buehler 2.47 ERA/3.16 FIP (2021)
Another game where the ballpark is going to do a lot of the work for us as Dodger Stadium is one of the best pitchers parks there is.
Walker Buehler should be great today. He strikes out a lot of people and keeps his walks and homeruns down so he’s our kind of pitcher. The Reds offense has been extremely bad to start the year with just a 66 wRC+.

Cessa isn’t pitching more than a few innings here and then it’s onto the bullpen. That part does make me a little nervous, but a 3-1 or 4-0 game after five would still be a win for us. It’s worth the bet in this park.
