For Tuesday, April 16th we’ve got UEFA Champions League action as Barcelona host Man Utd, and Juventus host Ajax.
If Man Utd are going to reach the semi finals they will need some Nou Camp magic – something they have accomplished before of course. It was a tough one for Man Utd as Luke Shaw scored that own goal early on and that changed the game.
Ajax did well at going down 1-0 then scoring to tie it up with Juventus and it makes for quite an intriguing tie.
Let’s get to it:
Barcelona vs Man Utd Betting Tips:
Barcelona did what they needed to do. They weren’t amazing or anything but they stopped Man Utd from getting any shots on target and seemed happy enough with the 1-0 victory.
However these Champions League games have seen some feisty performances so they can’t get complacent. They come in off a draw with Huesca as they rested players preparing for this one.
Things could be better for Solskjaer at the moment and they were lucky to get that win over the Hammers. They come into this one struggling a bit.
One thing I can say about Utd is their away performances in Europe have been excellent and I think we can count on them to at least get a goal. They just seem to produce something magical away and I think they can get at least a goal here.
I don’t think they can qualify but they’ll at least let their voices be heard.

Juventus vs Ajax Betting Tips:
Juventus can’t get complacent here like they did against SPAL. They walked into that one thinking they already won and then once they went up you saw them thinking that was it over.
Ajax come in with some tough battles domestically. It’s a big leap for them here as they have to at least score against Juventus and no doubt will have to score twice in my opinion.
I think Ajax have did an excellent job making it this far but I think this is one step too far for them. At least after this one they can focus more on the domestic race.
