The Milwaukee Bucks continue to run through the Detroit Pistons. While the Warriors didn’t show up in their game two, the Bucks continued to play strong and won by 20 again. This looks like a surefire sweep and I was really surprised to see game three being listed at -8.5. Have the sportsbooks watched these games?
Last night also saw the Rockets continue their own domination of the Utah Jazz. This was considered by many to be the best match-up of the first round with the Rockets being a highly ranked offense and the Jazz being one of the top defenses in the league. Thus far offense has won and the Rockets have upped their defense. James Harden has been absolutely unstoppable and it looks like another early exit for the Jazz.
In hockey, we saw a really exciting game where the Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames went to overtime. The Avalanche won it in overtime to take a 3-1 lead and put the Flames on the brink of elimination. We’ve already seen the top team in the Eastern Conference eliminated and now the top team in the Western Conference could be next to go. Unbelievable.
NBA Playoffs Betting Tips:
Philadelphia 76ers at Brooklyn Nets: The Nets stole game one before the Sixers came back in the must-win game two. The thing that sticks out to me in this series is the way that the Nets have shot from three. They are over 40% for the series and now get to play their first home game. The crowd should be behind them here and it’s been shown that teams shoot better at home. I think the Nets are going to make a series out of this one and they could steal this game.
Denver Nuggets at San Antonio Spurs: The Spurs are one of the most well coached teams in the sport and they are going to show up in game three. The Spurs are 6-1 against the spread in game three (after a loss in game two) since 2005. The Nuggets are a rather inexperienced playoff team and it will be an adjustment in their first round game.
NHL Playoffs Betting Tips:
Las Vegas Golden Knights at San Jose Sharks: The Sharks stole game one of this series, but have since lost the last three games and now see themselves on the brink of elimination. Game four was definitely rough as they lost the game 5-0 in Vegas. The series returns to San Jose for what could be their last stand. I think that we are going to see some serious scoring in this one. Three of the four games have gone over thus far and with the Sharks on the brink of elimination, I expect them to bring their A-game.

MLB Betting Tips:
Philadelphia Phillies at Colorado Rockies: The Rockies offense has just been terrible to start the season. They are averaging just 3.3 runs per game on the season while the Phillies have been putting up 6 runs per game. This game takes place in Coors Field, the most hitter friendly park in the league, and I just have to go with the offense here.
