A great betting day yesterday as we went 2-0 with one easy one and one extremely close one.
We got off to a nice start early in the Finnish Kakkoen Group C. We took Hercules away at 2.10 odds and they duly delivered with a thumping 3-0 victory. Nice and easy.
Then we had Legia vs Spartak Trnava in the Champions League and boy was that a nervy one. Legia lost a man before half time to a red card so were down to 10 men at 0-0. They then scored and kept pushing for another goal.
I’d mentioned in my betting tips that they struggled with the counter attack and boy did they ever – that was a scary last 20 minutes especially with Legia pushing up so hard. Squeaky bum time indeed.
Luckily Legia came through to end July on a nice note with the win.
I started doing the tips as of July 21st, 2018. We ended the month with a 14-6 winning record which was great, for +5.38 units. It would have been more except I’d did that daft Houston 3u bet that cost us. Should have stuck with 1u there.
Oh well great to have a winning month with my first month doing tips.
Swedish Superetten Betting Tips: Helsinborg vs Norrby IF
Helsinborg are currently second in the league right now 2 points behind Falkenberg, and come into this one on form with 17 points out of their last 8 games.
They have the best home record in the league with 6 wins out of 7. At home lately they have been solid in regard to tight games with a 1-0 win over Varnamo, 1-0 win over Jonkopings and a 2-0 win over Orgryte.
They have the second best goalscoring record in the league, and the second best defensive record. Norrby meanwhile have the 2nd worst offensive record in the league although to their credit aren’t too shabby away from home.
I’m always wary when betting a team on a clean sheet. I mean 90 minutes is a long time and I’m surprised when I see people picking it willy nilly. However I do like the value of Helsinborg to win and keep a clean sheet in the process.

Unfortunately that’s the only tip I have. I looked at the UEFA Europa League but there wasn’t anything that really stood out for me. Based on the way Rangers have been playing, Rangers vs Osijek Under 2.5 goals is tempting. However it’s only 1.61 odds which is brutal, and all it takes is one goal to really open the game up.
Rangers have a dodgy defense still and I’m not convinced on them yet. That team really needs time to gel.
