In this article I’ll be covering Wednesdays Champions League games.
As mentioned in the October 1st, 2019 Champions League Tips post I made, I’ll cover all the games. I’ll have 2 main tips and then after that, I’ll analyze the other games.
Also as a reminder I am away for a couple of days.
Hopefully no interruption in the betting tips but we’ll have to see.

Lille vs Chelsea Betting Tips:
Chelsea lost 1-0 at home to Valencia while Lille were thrashed by Ajax. Chelsea domestically are still a bit of a mess however we have seen improvements there lately and they got that 2-0 win over Brighton. Also no shame in losing to Liverpool.
They come to Lille who domestically are doing okay. Nothing huge however and struggle away. At home they have a 100% record.
One thing Lille are normally good at doing is scoring. I think Lille will be a challenge for Chelsea. I feel the draw coming however will go with the safer play.

Liverpool vs Salzburg Betting Tips:
Liverpool are expected to roll over FC Salzburg here. Erling Braut Haland is doubtful which is a big loss for Salzburg obviously. What a shame as he has been incredible and I hope he plays.
Either way Salzburg do have other goalscoring options.
My one concern when it comes to Liverpool is at least last season they could turn it on defensively in a pinch. However this season they are conceding at home every game so far and that’s interesting. They do seem to switch tactics a bit at home and even teams that are pish like Newcastle have scored against them.
We’ll back a high scoring game.

Genk vs Napoli: Genk got thrashed 6-2 off Salzburg and Napoli beat Liverpool so Napoli are big favourites. Their away form has been a bit rocky however. Very small bet of 0.25u on Napoli to win & BTTS at 2.50 odds.
Slavia Prague vs Dortmund: An intriguing game this one. It’s a tough group and Slavia Prague got a huge 1-1 draw against Inter. They are a quality side. Dortmund however dominated Barcelona and I like them to do it here. Dortmund to win at 1.90 odds.
Barcelona vs Inter: The pressure is on at Barcelona but they are decent favourites here at 1.61. Inter however have a 100% record in Serie A and have been excellent. Slavia Prague were a tough team. Happy to bet against Barca. Draw or Inter Milan at 2.20 odds. Just the 0.5u though as Barcelona have a 100% home record and do perform here.
RB Leipzig vs Lyon: Liepzig are 1.65 favourites here. They got that huge win over Benfica. Lyon are struggling at home. Small 0.25 bet on Leipzig to win to nil. 3.20 odds.
Valencia vs Ajax: Both teams won with clean sheets. Ajax killing it domestically, Valencia been a mess but do look to be getting better. Could be a close one. Backing the draw at 3.60 odds.
Zenit vs Benfica: 0.25u on the draw at 3.40. Both teams seem quite close in skill. Always hard to judge after just 1 European game.
