Okay let’s tally up how we did on Saturday with the English and Scottish action.
The English Championship was a 1-2 day. We had West Brom to win and they did so in a fun clash against Birmingham. We lost with split bets of over 2.5 and the draw in Brentford vs Fulham as the worst result happened – Brentford winning 1-0. Really thought Fulham could break down that defense.
It was 1-1 in the Scottish Championship as Dundee Utd beat Arbroath in a tight one when we had Arbroath or draw, and Dundee vs Dunfermline BTTS easily came in.
1-0 with a game to play in the EPL with Sheff Utd beating Villa thanks to a nice John Fleck double. That final game is a 3u play with Southampton and that will decide whether it was a winning or losing day.
Let’s turn our attention to Sunday. Three games in the EPL. I’ll stay away from Arsenal vs Man City but will tackle the other two.
And as I type this West Ham scored. Ugh.
Man Utd vs Everton Betting Tips:
This should be a fun one. Duncan Ferguson took the helm at Everton and what a start for them. I thought they would be fired up and even though it is meant to be only temporary – you know this team will be playing their hearts out for Big Dunc.
Then you have Man Utd who are finally getting going. Wins over City and Spurs lately – it’s like it’s all finally clicking for Oles men.
That counter attack is working incredibly well and it works very well against those top teams. The concern is againts Everton and the way they played last week. Ferguson really came off like a tactical genius there and they set a record this decade for their most tackles won. Crazy that.
Tactically, there is a danger that these two teams cancel each other out. But I think there is just enough value in the passion Big Dunc shows to go with both teams to get on the scoresheet.

Wolves vs Tottenham Betting Tips:
Spurs are favourites here but not in a big fashion at 2.25 odds.
Wolves come into this on the back of a crazy unbeaten run. They have not lost in 11 matches. Their offense is doing the job as they have scored at least one goal in their last 15 games. Impressive stuff.
Tottenham continue to struggle away with just the one win which was over West Ham. Mourinho has did a great job other than that Man Utd loss.
Wolves however fully deserve to be where they are in the league. And to be honest I am not even thinking about Spurs winning here – it’s to go with the draw or Wolves to win. Wolves will be missing Willy Boly and Morgan Gibbs-White I believe.
Spurs had European football as did Wolves but Wolves rested a lot of players.
