0-2 day in the Europa League unfortunately and as a Rangers fan – boy it hurt.
We lost to Rapid Vienna. To be honest we didn’t deserve to win – very disappointing performance.
Speaking of disappointing performances – Celtic lost but still bloody go through. Absolutely brutal. Was a real slap in the face after our bet on them.
Also lost with Besiktas over Malmo. Besiktas actually seemed the slightly better team I thought but it is what it is. They lost Quaresma in the 65th minute to a red card and that was brutal.
Let’s put that miserable day behind us and get on with the English Premier League action taking place on Saturday, December 15th:
Crystal Palace vs Leicester Betting Tips:
Jamie Vardy is set to return for Leicester and that is huge news.
He took part in training yesterday so he will be fit for selection. His groin issue is away and it looks like he will be starting. Not sure yet if Maguire is starting.
Vardy hasn’t been as sharp as he usually is but I like him to return and help raise Leicesters spirits. They haven’t been too shabby on the road this season.
Crystal Palace to their credit haven’t had a bad few games at home. Tight 1-0 losses to Spurs and Wolves, a win over Burnley and holding Arsenal to a draw in their last 4 games. That makes up 4 of the 5 home points they have gotten this season.
But I just think with Vardy back Leicester will be looking for a win to propel them up the table. We’re at that stage of the season where teams really want to get going and I think Leicester can do the business here.

Wolves vs Bournemouth Betting Tips:
I’ve been a big fan of Bournemouth this season – well the early part of the year at least – but they are having a disastrous run of it at the moment.
Any dreams they had of Champions League football are in tatters and just when they thought they turned a corner with their win over Huddersfield, Liverpool thumped them.
Now to be fair there is a lot of tough games they have played but you still have that Newcastle loss in there. Wolves meanwhile have two excellent back to back wins – over Newcastle and Chelsea.
Bournemouth have some real defensive issues and I like Wolves goalscoring abilities here. This is a big game and even if Callum Wilson is back, I like Wolves to take this one.
