A 2-0 record last night.
The Pacers and Sixers played a very close game last night which worked out well for us. We had the Pacers +4 in this one and, while they lost, they kept it close throughout and had a chance to win in the final minute. The final scored ended up 119-116. Joel Embiid ended up playing which was huge for Philly as he had 32 points and 11 rebounds in this one.
Our other tip was the Bucks over the Hornets as we laid about two touchdowns. That turned out to be not nearly enough as the Bucks cruised to a 137-96 victory. This game was never in doubt and just a complete domination by the Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 26 points and 9 rebounds in just 20 minutes. That minute line should tell you all you need to know about this one. A lot of the Bucks bench got play here with even Dragan Bender getting into the action with 12 points.
Crazy enough, the Bucks 41 point win wasn’t even the biggest of the night. That honor belonged to the Rockets who beat the Hawks 158-111. This could’ve been an all-time game for James Harden if they really went for it. As it was, he played 31 minutes and scored 60 points in just three quarters of work. This was Harden’s fourth six point game and he is now just two games behind Kobe Bryant for 2nd all-time.
This actually remind me of the time Kobe went for 62 in three quarters. That game was so impressive because it came against Dallas who won 60 games that season. That game took place in his 81-point game season, but this game was always the better one to me.
Anyway, a nice night last night. Let’s keep it going today with a bunch of early games. Please take note as all of these games are before 6:00 eastern time.
San Antonio Spurs vs. Detroit Pistons Betting Tips:
LaMarcus Aldridge has been ruled out for this one and I am looking for Blake Griffin to carry his team to a much needed win. The Spurs are coming off their biggest win of the year while the Pistons are coming off back-to-back losses to the Hornets. The same Hornets from the tip above. This isn’t a pretty game.
But without Aldridge, I think the Pistons can really dominate the front court. Griffin is still a dynamic player and Andre Drummond still knows how to pour it in.
Again, this won’t be the prettiest game. I won’t even watch it, but the Pistons should absolutely win here. The team needs it and they are facing a bad team that is without their best player.

Dallas Mavericks vs. Los Angeles Lakers Betting Tips:
I am excited for this one to see Luka Doncic making his LA debut. Plus, playing against the guy that he really modeled his game after in LeBron James.
This should be a great game too. The Mavs have won five of their past six games and have one of the best offenses in the league. The Lakers have won 10 straight and have four straight unders.
I think the Mavericks are going to really be able to push the pace here and get this one to an over. The Lakers line is probably a little artificially low because of their recent streak so we might be scoring a couple points there. While this is a huge game for the Mavs who want to prove themselves in the West.
