1-1 yesterday in the Champions League for a loss due to unit sizing.
We had Juventus to win and that one surprised me as Tousart was able to score for Lyon and they were able to pull off the surprise win. They have not been playing well so that was a massive result for them. Juve were only able to even pull off one shot on target the whole match.
I went with Man City to defeat Real Madrid and in amazing fashion, they were able to do that. Down 1-0 they were able to come back and win 2-1. That was fun to see. Felt weird to be cheering them on but I am hoping they keep going this year. Seriously will be so great if they win the Champions League then don’t even get to defend it next year.
What about that Rangers result? My god I couldn’t believe that. Still can’t. Where hell is this team in the SPL???? Unbelievable either way though.

Norwich vs Leicester Betting Tips:
Norwich of course are fighting for their Premiership life. Unfortunately they really aren’t doing a very good job at it. They’ve lost the last four and what is more concerning is their inability to score in 3 straight matches. Even the game against Spurs was a Pukki penalty.
To their credit their home results are better coming into this one. Only the one loss which was against Liverpool.
To no surprise they have one of the worst xGs in the league ahead of just Palace and Newcastle. Leicester meanwhile are much better xG wise away than at home, and that is reflected in the fact that they have scored more goals away than at home.
It would be a big shocker if Leicester don’t score here at least once and the question is whether Norwich can or not. They actually have a decent scoring rate but they are going up against one of the best defences in the league.
The home vs away split really doesn’t matter here because when you look at the advanced metrics, Norwich are dire EVERYWHERE while Leicester actually perform much better on the road. It’s like they rise to the challenge.

Brighton vs Crystal Palace Betting Tips:
Brighton are surprisingly decent favourites here.
They are behind Palace in the league by 5 points They haven’t won a game in the EPL since the 2-0 win over Bournemouth in 2020.
This should be a competitive game. Palace just ended a bad run of games with a 1-0 win over Newcastle. Brighton will be happy that Maupay just ended his goal drought with that goal against Sheff Utd.
Palace have issues scoring right now.
I think the bookies are right here. I think this is a good little spot for Brighton. I know the draw is appealing but defensively Brighton are pretty sound at home and I think they can snag a goal.
