A good day on Monday as we won with our Both Teams to Score bet in the Man Utd vs Southampton game. That ended up being a fun match finishing at 2-2 as Man Utd got to experience what it feels like to play against them with a 96th minute goal.
It was also a profitable day on Sunday as we went 3-1 in Serie A.
Won with under 2.5 goals in the Genoa-Spal game as that finished 2-0 to Genoa. I was also correct in Genoa winning. Also won with Fiorentina vs Verona going to a draw at 3.40 odds.
Had Parma vs Bologna to go over 2.5 goals and that happened in 2-2 draw. Only loss was Udinese to beat Sampdoria as they lost 3-1.
My gut feelings were on point too with Draw or AC Milan and Draw or Lecce coming in even though they weren’t official plays. Feels good regardless.
Let’s look ahead to the 4 EPL games taking place on Wednesday.
EPL Bets: July 15th, 2020
Burnley vs Wolves: Wolves got back on the winning track with a solid 3-0 win over Everton. They have the 3rd best record in the post pandemic era. Burnley aren’t too shappy either though with a 3-2-1 record and they have only the one loss against Man City.
Wolves used to be draw specialists however it’s been awhile since they picked up a draw. I fancy one here. This is an even game. I’m good with 1u on the draw at 3.40 odds.
Man City vs Bournemouth: City have back to back 5-0 victories as they take on Bournemouth. Bournemouth looked ready to succumb to relegation however they woke up with a big win at Leicester. Sucks for them that they now have to head to Man City.
City will be on a high after the UEFA legal result no doubt. If we were to back City it would have to be -2.5 and I don’t know if I like that. However looking at their home results they generally do that. Hell they do that at away too more often than not it seems. Anyway no bet here as I don’t trust Bournemouth to score, but if I was betting one it’d be the City handicap. Probably what I’ll bet but I can’t advise as it’s just too many goals.
Newcastle vs Tottenham: Tottenham got a much needed win over Arsenal and now they take on a Newcastle team who have been struggling with losses to Man City then Watford. Newcastle have solid home form although you have to take that with a grain of salt of course.
Spurs really can’t build on wins and I don’t see it happening here. Not sure if Dele Alli will be back but Dier will be out of course and Aurier should be as well. I liked the tactics Jose used against Arsenal for sure. Newcastle have a bunch of players still out but I do think there’s a chance they get something from this match. I’d give Spurs 40% chance of a win or maybe less, so 1u on Newcastle or Draw at 2.00 odds is fine.
Arsenal vs Liverpool: I know Liverpool haven’t been in the greatest form at the moment – and who can blame them – however they are a much higher quality than Arsenal. Arsenal of course post pandemic have been great but I think that Spurs result may send them in a downward spiral. Rare we get Liverpool at this price and I’m fine with 1u on Liverpool to win at 1.85 odds.
