Felt good picking up two winners in the Europa League yesterday to keep the wins coming.
We had Hibs vs Molde Over 2.5 goals and Molde put the game over on their own with a 3-0 victory. We also had Burnley vs Istanbul Basaksehir to be a draw at half time and they duly delivered. Burnley ended up squeaking the game 1-0.
Unfortunately the Finnish value bets didn’t work out with another very unlucky one. We had FC Jazz vs MuSa to be a draw at 4.00 odds and it was tied 2-2 until injury time when MuSa sneaked one in to win 3-2.
I DID cash out of this one (although for the official stats it will count as a loss) thankfully. Love that feature at Bet365.
Week 2 of the English Premier League takes place this week and I’m very excited as Serie A kicks off too. Love me some Italian football ever since the days of watching the one hour highlight package each week on Channel 4 growing up as a kid.
Everton vs Southampton Betting Tips:
Everton started off the campaign with a 2-2 draw at Wolves. They lost Jagielka to a red card which obviously cost them however Richarlison in particular looked excellent.
Southampon and Burnley drew 0-0 in the start to their campaign. Plenty of shots were made in the game but most of them off target.
I like the clinical finishing of Everton and I feel that’s going to be the difference in this game. Especially with being at home, Everton I have to think will start strong and fast and this should be a good one.
It’ll be interesting as Southampton might focus on Richarlison more and that may open up holes elsewhere on the pitch.

Leicester vs Wolves Betting Tips:
I felt Leicester were unlucky against Man Utd. They looked solid enough and De Gea had to make a few key saves.
They’ve now had an extended break to really get up for this game and you have to think they will be motivated. Their fitness levels will be huge.
Wolves looked good against Everton for sure with tremendous fighting spirit BUT I think one thing you have to remember is Everton were down to 10 men. Easier to push and control a game when you have that extra man.
