Today I’ll look at the English Premier League games taking place.
Let’s get right into it. I LOVE that Liverpool are just 1.66 odds to win. I was thinking they would be maybe coinflip odds just because it’s Spurs but nope. Kind of makes me want to take Tottenham now.
Not an official tip but I’ll be taking Spurs or Draw there. Would be just a classic Jose moment for him to give Liverpool their first loss. Also a bit random this but it was funny looking at that game today and reading analysis of it. I read a bunch of different articles some saying to bet over 2.5 goals, others saying under 2.5. It’s always fascinating seeing completely different contrasts like that.
Crystal Palace vs Arsenal Betting Tips:
I’m surprised Arsenal are such heavy favourites. I guess a combination of Arteta and name value.
Palace are no slouches. Hell they are a point above Arsenal in the table at the moment. Based on xPts maybe that isn’t deserved, but they’re not someone you can just write off.
I mean did you see the game against Leeds? Leeds walked all over Arsenal in the first half. Mikel Arteta gave them the riot act at half time and that fixed things. However they were brutal. If that rant form Arteta has impact on this game then so be it.
Palace lost to Derby in the cup and will be wanting to get back on track. They have a solid home record with only three losses and those are to the elite three – Leicester, Man City and Liverpool.
If Arsenal are able to be #4 on there then full credit to Arteta. I know Palace are missing Luka Milivojevic which is tough but they are still a solid team.
I do have some concerns of course. Pierre-Emerick Abuameyang was rested in midweek and will be fresh here and will be looking to get on the scoresheet.
However I just think there is solid value betting against Arsenal here.

Everton vs Brighton Betting Tips:
Everton are 11th in the league while Brighton are one point behind them.
Should be a good clash.
Everton are reeling after losing to the Liverpool kids in midweek. Surely Ancelotti has read them the riot act after that one. Hopefully losses to them and City won’t see the heads go down and they’ll be up for that. They’ve racked up 4 unbeaten runs at Goodison.
I’m slightly concerned they focus defensively here but I think Brighton will be offensive orientated here. Brighton leaving the FA Cup probably isn’t a bad thing – they are focused on the EPL. This is a big game for them.
I think you’ve got a Brighton team feeling confident that they can stand strong with a team like Everton. You have an Everton team reeling and motivated to get back on track.
Brighton haven’t did too shabby lately with some key draws and they’re usualyl good at getting on the scoresheet.
