Well I had no English League Cup tips going on but I watched the games and wow – that Liverpool vs Arsenal game. What a match. Was nice to see Man Utd get a win too.
I saw something amusing – where someone said “if you told me Arsenal would score 5 goals tonight I wouldn’t believe you, but if you told me Arsenal would score 5 goals tonight and LOSE I would believe you”.
Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and just give you guys silly bets like that. “Bet that Arsenal score over 4.5 goals but Liverpool qualify”. Would be a good way to go viral with just crazy bets like that.
As for our actual tips, we finished the month strong so I’ll be looking forward to doing the monthly stats data to see where we ended up.
In Serie A I took a 2u play on Lazio -1.5. That was nice and easy as Ciro Immobile scored two as Lazio won 4-0.
We also had Juventus vs Genoa BTTS. Refs did what they could to give Juve that win didn’t they? Both teams scored in the first half though and got us the win there.
Just as well as we had smaller bets in the SPL but they didn’t pan out. Both Teams to Score in Hamilton vs Aberdeen but that one was disappointing as Aberdeen kept up their excellent non-Old Firm defensive performances. Then Hibs to win and they actually had to come from 2-0 down just to get a draw against Livingston, with a penalty and a 92nd minute goal.
How about Toronto FC? What a team!

Arsenal vs Wolves Betting Tips:
Arsenal are currently 5th in the English Premier League while Wolves are 12th. Wolves are draw specialists having drawn 6 out of their 10 games and I think they can add another one to the list.
The only real concern is if Arsenal come out fired up after their midweek clash. However they haven’t shown a lot in the EPL this season to suggest they even deserve the 5th place. They ARE unbeaten at home but have 2 draws there.
Of course betting the draw is risky so we’ll do just a small bet.

Aston Villa vs Liverpool Betting Tips:
Liverpool haven’t really been able to turn on those defensive clinics as much lately. In saying that they HAVE been able to perform away with some solid defensive results. They concede just 0.60 goals away as opposed to the goal a game at home.
Aston Villa however score 1.40 at home overall. They’ve been hit and miss with the goals but I think they can turn this one into a contest at least.
