We’re on Week 7 of the English Premier League season. Liverpool are now a whopping 5 points ahead of main rivals Man City, and will be looking to continue their 100% record away to Sheffield United this weekend. They play early which will put pressure on Man City, who play away at Everton later that day.
The big game of the weekend will be Man Utd vs Arsenal which doesn’t take place until Monday.
We’re still over a month away from Liverpool vs Man City. They don’t square off until November 10th.
Watford are sitting bottom of the table and after last weeks result you wonder how down they will be mentally.

Tottenham vs Southampton Betting Tips:
Spurs will be looking to bounce back from that 2-1 loss to Leicester last week in what has been an inconsistent season so far. The cup loss to Colchester will just add to that. Southampton had a 3 game unbeaten streak snapped at home to Bournemouth in a shocker.
Spurs have only racked up one clean sheet this season which was to Crystal Palace. They haven’t been letting too many teams get chances against them but that means any team with clinical enough finishing should be able to hit the back of the net.
Southampton haven’t been too bad offensively this season and only been shut out once. They’ve managed to score against some of the tighest defenses in the league.
Spurs will be without Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon. Southampton will be missing Moussa Djenepo which is a frustrating one.
I think the loss of Djenepo will change this game. I’d back Soton to score or be competitive but that one is going to hurt. He was a great finisher of the ball and I like Spurs to bounce back strong here in his absence.

Bournemouth vs West Ham Betting Tips:
Bournemouth are a real interesting team to watch right now. I remember having issues picking their games last season and I am already feeling the same way. However there is value in this game.
West Ham have been excellent to start the season and ride a 5 game unbeaten streak into this one. Bournemouth meanwhile have a two game winning streak with victories over Southampton and Everton.
I feel West Ham have been a bit lucky defensively. Bournemouth meanwhile have some pretty clinical finishing and I think they can get the goals against West Ham.
Small bet on the home team to win.

And that’s it for me in terms of bets for the EPL for Saturday at least. I’m very tempted by Watford to bounce back but you just never know how a thrashing like that will affect a team. Should be a good weekend.
