Alright so the English Premier League returns on Saturday, September 12th.
We’ve got four games taking place and a fun one in Liverpool vs Leeds. Would be brilliant to see Leeds pull off the upset there. Great to see
them back in the EPL where they belong.
Then we’ve got two games on Sunday and two on Monday so a nice little selection of football over the next few days.
I should be back to doing daily tips here now on a regular basis. I’ll cover todays EPL action right now and hopefully I’ll have a chance to get to the xG metrics for the Scottish Premiership and cover that tomorrow.
With that let’s get to the EPL games.
EPL Betting Tips: September 12th, 2020
Arsenal vs Fulham: Arsenal are 1.53 favourites in this one. However one thing they always did was struggle in regards to overconfidence etc. They are a weird team where I never feel good backing them.
They did manage to get that big win over Liverpool in the Community Shield but if anything they may come out overconfident in this one.
I like Fulham to get on the scoresheet at least. Honestly I think they take the lead then probably lose it. I am going to do 1u on over 2.5 goals at 1.72 odds.
Crystal Palace vs Southampton: Southampton are favourites in this one at 2.37 odds.
Palace finished last season on a very poor run where they had just given up.
Southampton I think should be able to get the win here. Danny ings was on fire last year and will looks like he wants to get going .
I’ll do a small bet on Southampton for the win. 0.5u on Southampton 1.72 odds.
Liverpool vs Leeds: After that loss to Arsenal, I like Liverpool to come out firing and make a big impression here.
I’m good with 1u on Liverpool -1 at 1.80 odds. Not too much to w
West Ham vs Newcastle: Newcastle were a team I had fun backing last season. They can be exciting and are up for games. I’m good with 2u on Newcastle or Draw at 1.66 odds.
Sorry no in-depth analysis but I mean I just want to kind of watch and see and get going. If you are betting games let me know your thoughts.
