Another winning week last week with the soccer tips.
I am pretty darn busy so let’s get into all of the betting tips right away for August 28th, 2021.
I’ll cover both the English & Scottish Premier League.
Let’s get to it:
Man City vs Arsenal:
Horrible start for Arsenal. Weird last week for Man City losing out on Kane and Ronaldo. Wonder if that will bring them down. There’s a small part of me that’d love to back Draw or Arsenal but the odds aren’t there, considering the results of both teams. Tempting though with Aubameyang and Lacazette both back. Sadly I think Arsenal are on the way to saying bye bye to Arteta very soon.
Aston Villa vs Brentford:
Villa have looked good with goals. Brentford come into this with two clean sheets. I feel like this will be a tighter game. I see 0-0 or 1-0 Villa. Going to go with 1u on Under 2.5 goals at 1.80 odds.
Brighton vs Everton:
Brighton come into this one with two wins while Everton have had two bangers of games both with 4 goals. Hope for another open game.
Bookies are expecting a low scoring game but I like the way Everton have been playing. Moise Kean is out which isn’t great though. Enough value for me to back Over 2.5 goals at 2.30 odds – 0.5u.
Newcastle vs Southampton:
Both teams will be seeking their first wins of the season here Southampton snapped up that nice point at home to Man U.
Southampton come in after a big cup win. Newcastle had a miserable outing. Happy to do 1u on Southampton Draw No Bet at 2.00 odds.
Norwich vs Leicester:
Norwich will be happy to get Man City and Liverpool out of the way. Now they’re facing a Leicester side that have not been too impressive to open the season. Tight win over Wolves then thumped by West Ham.
I think Leicester have the quality to beat Norwich. 1u on Leicester 1.85
West Ham vs Crystal Palace:
Graet start for West Ham with 4 goals scored in both games. Palace yet to score. Could be one of those days where the Hammers are brought down from the clouds. We’ve seen that before. With the way things are going for both teams, and Palace suffering in midweek, I’m fine backing West Ham -1.5 at 2.40 odds for 1u.
Liverpool vs Chelsea:
Big games like this I’m fine backing the draw for a small play. 0.5u on Draw at 3.35 odds.
Dundee Utd vs Hearts:
Hearts are still unbeaten. Dundee Utd haven’t looked too shabby even though they have incredibly low xF so far this season.
Hearts have been good but I watched the Dundee Utd vs Rangers game and that home support is a real difference maker.
1u on Dundee Utd or Draw at 1.72 odds.
Hibs vs Livingston:
Bad start to the season for Livingston with three losses. Hibs have been solid and are currently joint top. Kevin Nisbet is a big factor and I will say 1u on Hibs at 1.70 odds if Nisbet is playing.
Motherwell vs Dundee:
Dundee have been quite fun to watch this season with two 4 goal draws. Didn’t really enjoy their humping by Celtic too much though.
Both teams rank in the Top 5 for xGA and I think we will see the goals. 1u on Over 2.5 goals at 2.10 odds.
