It was a winning day in the Brazil Serie B. We went 1-1 but our winning play was a 2u play and our losing play was 0.5u.
We backed Brasil de Pelotas to defeat Londrina. They did so with a 1-0 victory. Ednei scored in the 7th minute and try as they might, Londrina couldn’t get themselves back into the game. Of course it did make for 83 minutes of squeaky bum time, but a nice 2.30 odds win.
We lost backing the draw in Vila Nova vs Vitoria. Vitoria won 2-0. Vila Nova ttrid their best with a lot of shots but very few on target. Vitoria continued their impressive defensive record which was good to see. I initially wanted to back Vitoria or Draw there but the odds were 1.61 which was just too low.
Yesteday I covered some Euro 2020 qualifying games with my post on Italy vs Armenia Betting Tips and Israel vs Macedonia tips as well.
I’ll continue with more Euro 2020 qualifiers today.
Filand vs Greece Betting Tips:
Since their loss in the opening group game to Italy, Finland have been on a tear in the group stage. They have 2-0 results over Armenia, Bosnia and Leichtenstein. They also did an excellent job in the UEFA Nations League winning Group 2 and getting a 2-0 win over their opponents today in the process.
Greece started the group stage well but it’s all gone wrong. After losing 3-0 to Italy they then lost 3-2 to Armenia which is just brutal. They’ll be hoping to right the ship as they take on the Finns here.
However I just can’t see it. Finland are performing well and look like they are playing well as a team. Greece meanwhile just look like a mess at the moment. Italy will no doubt win Group J but Finland look in a prime spot to be the 2nd place team, and a win here would really help them on their way.
With their home form as of late, it’s hard not to back the Finns to continue their run. Teemu Pukki is lethal at the moment.

Other Bets:
Unfortunately the rest of the days fixtures are full of those games where one team is too incredibly favoured. Sorry I don’t wish to risk money betting on Bosnia to win at 1.03 odds!
However I do like to have some bets going for the other games just to give me some entertainment. So this is what I’ve got going on for those games – we’ll call it 0.25u a play.
- Spain vs Romania: Both Teams to Score. Spain haven’t exactly been defensive juggernauts and playing away, I think Romania can get a goal. Romania have been scoring in the Euro 2020 although I felt they struggled a bit in the Nations League. 2.00 odds.
- Dzeko to score first in the Bosnia game. 2.60 odds. I mean who the hell else scores.
- Faroe Islands vs Sweden: Both Teams to Score. 3.00 odds. The Faroe Islands have scored in 3 of their 4 games so far including against Spain. Sweden have the lone clean sheet against Malta.
- Draw in Ireland vs Switzerland. Both teams seem to be at the same level. Competitive game and I think both would take the point at this stage of the groups 3.25 odds.
