It’s midweek, which of course means we have golf betting tips for everyone.
We really hope you are following our golf betting tips, because not to put too fine a pint on it but we are KILLING it.
We missed last week, however two weeks ago we had three golf tips and we won with ALL three.
That week, we had Hideki Matsuyama in the Waste Management Phoenix Open, 25/1 E/W bet. We correctly predicted that after a week off, Matsuyama would be back and do the business. He did that with ease, coming 2nd for a nice cash and if it wasn’t for that 71 day on the 2nd would have most likely came in 1st for the huge payday.
Of course – that was the same week as the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, and we have to pat ourselves on the back for that one. We went with E/W bets on Stephen Gallacher and Bernd Wiesberger, with the Top 5 paying out. While Rory Mcilroy showed why he is the worlds best with a dominating win, we still made some great money with Gallacher coming 3rd and Wiesberger 4th.
We’re hoping to continue that run this week, so let’s get to the golf betting tips:
True Thailand Classic 2015 Betting Tips:
Now first we need to warn you – this tournament, sanctioned by both the European Tour and Asian Tour, is one tricky field. Even tougher is this is the first time this course is part of the tour, and only the 4th time it’s been used as part of the Asian Tour.
This means it is very difficult to pick golfers to win. A lot of the usual field is sitting out – if you know golf, then the most notable golfer is probably Miguel Angel Jimenez. Yep – as you can see not a big field in terms of names the mainstream will know.
So bet maybe a quarter or half of what you usually bet, or skip this one and just follow our tips below for the AT&T Pebble Beach.
First, we like joint favourite Marc Warren. He’s 12/1 and that’s a decent price – probably just enough for us to bet him E/W in case he can’t get that elusive first place. Warren is coming into this after a strong showing at the Maybank Malaysian Open.
We also like Scott Hend. We’re not 100% on him at that 28/1 price but whatever – this week we’re really just throwing stuff to the wall and seeing what sticks and Hend is in that regard. He’s played well on this course in the Kings Cup, and has experience. We like him to potentially lead by the end of day 1. 33/1 if you want to get on that.
Finally, we have Jake Higginbottom. We do need to warn you – we tipped Higginbottom last night but didn’t get round to the write-up until this morning. Last night he was 55/1 but now he has drifted to 100/1. So yeah – we can’t find out the reason why but that’s one you may want to avoid.
AT&T Pebble Beach Classic 2015 Betting Tips:
We’re going to go with Jimmy Walker to win the Pebble Beach Classic. This is a course where consistency on the actual links is big – and previous winner Walker is in with a shout. 15/2 is a good price for him to walk away the winner.
We also like Dustin Johnson. E/W odds for him he is 16/1 and that’s a nice price for the two time winner.
Finally, Brandt Snedeker. He’s coming into this one looking good.
