A 1-1 day for a slight profit in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday.
We had Benfica to beat Galatasaray. We were quite unlucky there to be honest as Benfica dominated the game and had 16 shots on target. I thought they would push and I was correct unfortunately they just couldn’t find the back of the net.
We also had 2u on Valencia to beat Celtic. Bit tighter than expected but it came in.
For some reason I feel like stats based picks in the Scottish lower divisions this week. No idea why and it might go tits up and I’ll never want to do it again. Years ago I created betting systems for soccer and applied them to the lower Scottish leagues and they went miserably ha. Just a lot of nasty variance I found. But whatever it’s what I am in the mood for so let’s give it a try.

Things seem to be a bit more rosy at Tannadice these days. Dundee Utd are probably the most in-form team in the league and are knocking on the door in the promotion race. They’re currently just 3 points behind league leaders Ross County.
However it hasn’t been easy for them. A recent loss to Ayr United and very very close victories over Morton and QoS. They really aren’t hammering teams and despite overall solid away form they haven’t been that great away recently.
Falkirk come into this one fighting for survival and they are unbeaten in their last five games with some impressive results in there. A 3-0 thumping of Queen of the South, a 1-0 away win over Ayr United – this is a team who are playing some damn good football.
Their home record is miserable but I love their form and think they can at least squeeze out a draw.

Partick Thistle vs Ross County Betting Tips:
Ross County are top of the league with a game in hand over Ayr United and they’ll want to make quick work of Thistle.
Thistle are on a tear at the moment to be fair. Five games in a row without a loss. 3 wins in a row and a clean sheet away to Alloa. Very impressive stuff.
Ross County stuttered a bit with losses to Morton and QoS but they’ve turned things around and got an impressive 2-1 win away to Dunfermine last week.
Overall when I look at the stats I just think this is one Ross County should win comfortable.
