Dave Chisnall still managed to outperform Scott Waites on the 180s, even though he lost 5-1. Mark Webster scraped over the handicap line for us, too, so all-in-all it was a good night.
Tongiht we have the last of the group matches, and there’s still all to play for in all of the groups. Phil Taylor, James Wade and Ronny Huybrechts have qualified for the last 16, but there’s still 5 places up for grabs. Michael van Gerwen is in pole position in Group D, but if results go against him, he could be joining Raymond van Bareneveld in the audience. And already on the sidelines are Kevin Painter, Wesley Harms and Richie George, while Vincent van der Voort is needing nothing short of a miracle. So Nicholson/Kellett, Anderson/Wright and Lewis/Kist are the huge games of the night, with the winner progressing into the last 16.
