Three NBA tips for January 6th, 2022.
A 3-0 record on Tuesday! That brings us to 46-26 on the season. For you math heads out there, that’s twenty more wins than losses.
A great start to 2022 for sure. Let’s keep it going tonight.

Boston Celtics at New York Knicks Betting Tips:
The Celtics are on a back-to-back here and took a very disappointing loss to the Spurs last night. Jayson Tatum had one of his worst games of the season, shooting just 6-for-20 on the game. Jaylen Brown picked up the slack with 30 points after a 50 point outburst in the previous game.
The Knicks are kind of beat up right now with no Derrick Rose, Kemba Walker, or Nerlens Noel. They don’t really have a point guard right now which didn’t hurt them last time out, but I think it could hurt them tonight.
I expect Jayson Tatum to bounce back here and the backcourt of Schroder and Marcus Smart should cause trouble for the depleted backcourt of the Knicks.
Pick: Bet Celtics -1.5

Golden State Warriors at New Orleans Pelicans Betting Tips:
The Warriors are likely to be without Steph Curry here which has the line much lower than you’d expect. They are also on their third game in four nights and coming off one of their worst offensive performances of the season last night.
A bet on the opposing team seems like a good idea here, but this is the Pelicans we’re talking about. They’ve lost three straight and are just 13-25. They don’t inspire much confidence.
With no Curry, Otto Porter, or Andre Iguodala I am thinking that offense will be tough to come by in this game for the Warriors. The defense will show up as always, but scoring will be an issue. This will be the third game the Warriors have played without Curry this season and both of the previous saw them score 105 or less.
Pick: Bet Warriors/Pelicans Under 212.5

Los Angeles Clippers at Phoenix Suns Betting Tips:
This should’ve been a great match-up, but there are far too many key players out for it to be so. The Clippers will be without Paul George, Luke Kennard, and Ivica Zubac, and Nicolas Batum is listed as questionable. They are digging deep into the bench for this one.
The Suns should be without Deandre Ayton, Jae Crowder, and JaVale McGee so they are struggling in the front court, but they have weathered the storm well with great performances from Bridges, Cameron Johnson, Jalen Smith, and, shockingly, Bismack Biyombo.
As long as Devin Booker and Chris Paul are on the court, I think the Suns should win this one easily and I’m willing to lay the big number here.
Pick: Bet Suns -10.5

Hey so you said that the Clippers should win this one easily but betting on Suns with handi?
Just a typo there. I like the Suns to win!
