We’ve got a slightly reduced day of NFL action after the 3 NFL Games on Thursday.
It all starts off at 1pm with a lot of interesting games. Giants vs Redskins is a very intriguing one, as is the Vikings vs the Falcons.
can the Bengals get back on track against the Rams? And will the Bucs resurgence continue in Indianaopolis?
There’s only two 4pm games which are the 49ers vs the Cardinals and the Seahawks vs the Steelers. The evening game is Patriots vs Broncos which is going to be hard to watch for Broncos fans.
Week 12 wraps up with the Browns hosting the Ravens on Monday night.
Let’s get to the NFL Betting Tips for this week:
Week 12 NFL Betting Tips:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers +3: This is quite the interesting game. The Colts have been so disappointing this season and Luck is now out. The Bucs are coming off two wins against the Eagles and Cowboys. Not the most impressive – but we like what we have seen from Tampa. We think the only thing they really needed was confidence, and that’s what they’ve got going on. The Colts seem like a team with a lot of band-aids on them to keep them going and we like the Bucs to at least keep this one close. Can’t see Colts blowing them away.
Redskins +2.5: Redskins have won their last 4 at home. They can’t seem to win on the road but their performances at home have been solid. Cousins seems to really up his game there. The Giants are a team you can never count out. They have so many weapons etc – but we think after that hard loss against the Patriots they’ll be feeling down. We like the Redskins at home to do the job.
Texans -3: We’re finally starting to see the Houston Texans this season. It’s taken a lot of games but they’ve really stepped up now and have 3 wins on the trot including that dominatant defensive victory over the Bengals. Saints are fighting a 2 game hump and even though they had the bye week – we’re taking the Texans to keep it going.
Vikings +2.5: The wheels are coming off the bus in Atlanta. Not only have they lost a couple but their home form has not been looking good. Vikings stuttered at home to Green Bay but we like them to really hurt the Falcons season at home. AP is going to be pumped and with the Packers losing against the Bears it’s a tremendous confidence booster for teh Vikings who will be motivated for this one.
Rams +9: Quite an easy one this. The Rams aren’t great or anything but the Bengals have some serious issues at the moment. As it is they’re not one for huge blowouts. Rams also have their own issues but we think they’ll be prepared for this one and will keep it close.
Patriots -3: The Broncos without Peyton Manning – we’ve already seen them against the Chiefs, and the Bears. The offense isn’t too impressive. Yes the Patriots have their injury issues. Amendola is apparently out as well. But do you see the Patriots winning run ending at at Manning-less Denver Broncos? We don’t, and we’ve seen enough holes in the Broncos defense. Bellichek will know what to do.
