It’s Week 14 in the NFL this weekend and we go into it with some big injury news that will rock a lot of fantasy teams – Odell Beckham Jr is out.
That’s just great news because it’s the playoffs for me and Fournette dropped the ball on Thursday so was kinda counting on OBJ. Oh well.
We got the Week 14 NFL Betting Tips off to a winning start as we had Titans -5 and they easily covered. It was yet another woeful performance from the Jags as the Titans whooped them 30-9.
This week, the highest scoring game is expected to be Saints vs Bucs at 54.5. I hear snow is forecast so that will make things quite interesting.
Biggest favourite to no surprise is the LA Chargers as they host the Bengals. 15 point favourites – over two touchdowns. Poor Bengals fans – not a fun season for them. Steelers on the road in Oakland are the next biggest favourites.

NFL Week 14 Betting Tips:
Bills -4: Bills come into this one after three solid games and having beat the Jets 41-10 on the road recently. The new York Jets are struggling big time at the moment and I am surprised the line is this low. Bills of course have Shady who is a solid player but the big thing is they have Zay Jones as well who has really stepped up this week. Jets meanwhile are struggling. Not too concerned about Darnold back and Enuma and Anderson are going to struggle. Josh Allen is a nice and safe QB and I like Bills to win this by a TD.
Saints/Bucs Over 54.5: Honestly this could be a risky play but it’s hard not to love both these offenses. I’ve also felt that the majority of games that from the offset appear to be a shootout deliver and I’ll take that this week.
Pats -7: I think the Patriots can deliver this week. The Dolphins just don’t have much going for them at all. Pats defense has stepped it up from the early weeks where I was backing the over often. The Pats running game did solid against the Vikings and this will be much easier. Passing wise, Xavier Howard is not playing I believe so Gordon and Edelman are going to have a field day. I’m also calling Gronk having a big game if you’re into player props.
Ravens +6: Love the Ravens offense and I think Mahomes is going to have a tough time with this defence. Missing Hunt hurts too – Ware was solid enough but is obviously a step down. Ravens run D is ridiculously good too and I think Ravens can take this one outright.
Packers -4.5: Mike McCarthy is gone. Was he the reason that they had so many issues this season? A lot of people think so. If he is the reason for their poor performances and how bad Rodgers was playing then this should turn things around. I’m very happy to back the Packers here as I really do believe that was one of the biggest issues. I read so much analysis of the situation. Not saying firing McCarthy was the right call – Rodgers seemed to be a bit of a tool in all of this – but I’m good to go with the Packers.
