Welcome to the free sports betting tips for Friday, November 13th 2015.

In case you missed it, we posted a racing preview for the Cheltenham Open Meeting and Wetherby for tomorrow.

We know a lot of you are American and don’t follow the horse racing – but you probably should. We’re +30.23 units since we started doing the tips and are just killing it.

You can see that here as we kill the horse racing like we have been the golf.

Speaking of the golf – it was a great day in the OHL Classic. It’s still going on but as I write this, the 20/1 Jason Bohn is tied for 3rd and looking good. All we need is a top 5 place for money so hopefully his form continues.

In the BMW Masters it’s interesting – we have Matthew Fitzpatrick, Justin Rose and Danny Willett all hanging in there. Other than the runaway leader Lucas Bjerregaard we’re just a few strokes off so that’s going to be an interesting weekend with 2 rounds left. Can’t see Lucas continuing with -6 days like he has been doing.

Right – let’s get to the tips for this evening with NHL and NBA Action.

NHL Betting Tips:

First up – we’re going to take Pittsburgh in regulation. The Penguins are a weird team at the moment. They’re seriously struggling offensively. Their shot to goal ratio isn’t bad – it’s getting the shots on goal. I mean did you see the game against Montreal? They managed to get just 1 shot on net in the entire 2nd period. Insane.

However the Penguins have won a fair chunk this season, and the majority of them in regulation. We like them to continue this trend and will be taking them over the Blue Jackets.

We also have to go with Capitals -1.5 tonight. The Washington offense look to be firing on all cylinders again and Ovechkin will be hoping for a big goal tonight. They’re going up against the Calgary Flames in a game we expect them to dominate and win with ease.

NBA Betting Tips:

Had to check this line wasn’t a mistake – maybe it’s a trap? Either way we’re on Hawks +1. Al Horford is on the hottest of hot streaks at the moment and is looking so great. More importantly the Hawks are playing some great ball which has led to them being 8-2 at this stage of the season. Celtics can be tricky of course – they are a team that always has the capability to win. However we’re happy being on the side of Al Horford at the moment. Even if the Celtics stifle him there are many orther options.

Have to take Hornets +6.5 against the Chicago Bulls. Hornets are showing a lot of debth which is nice and has them at .500 at this stage of the season. We also liked what we saw from their offense against the Knicks. Granted it’s the Knicks but they played well and were a lot more careful with the ball, as well as their shooting opportunities. It looks like they have settled down and that bodes well for the future.

Finally we’re on Trail Blazers +6.5. Grizzlies need to pick themselves up and while this is a solid opportunity to do so we think Portland can keep it nice and close.
