A 1-2 record last night.
The Thunder showed us last night why it’s so hard to bet unders in today’s NBA. The Thunder hit 15 three-pointers, shooting 46% from deep and the Wizards were booed on their home court. A 134-111 win for OKC as this one went over. Embarrassing for the Wiz, they should blow this thing up. I was kicking myself a bit for not just taking the Thunder here.
Our other loss was the Nets against the Rockets. Chris Paul absolutely willed his team to victory here with 32 points and 11 assists. This one was close, but the Nets were unable to close the gap in the fourth. Losing by 8 when we had them at +3.5. Carmelo Anthony had a huge one as well hitting six three-pointers and scoring 26 points. I really think the Nets should’ve made him pay more on the other end which could’ve made this one pop for us.
The Grizzlies not only covered the +7, but they got the win outright against the Jazz. The drop from Donovan Mitchell to Grayson Allen was a big one as Allen was a -18 +/-. The Grizz defense roared here and go the win.
Another full slate today including one schedule alert game to keep an eye one. Let’s go.
Indiana Pacers vs. Boston Celtics Betting Odds:
The Celtics are coming off a big win against the Bucks. Everyone played well and they still only won by one possession. That game, to me, was a statement game for this team as points didn’t matter and they wanted to show they were the best team in the East. This isn’t that. Some of the same problems on offense should pop back up here and this team still ranks lowly in Offensive Rating.
The Pacers are getting some good production and have been very good at home thus far. Victor Oladipo has been very good once again and they are getting a mini breakout from Domantas Sabonis. I like what I’m seeing from this team and I don’t think they should be home underdogs here.
The Celtics are the better team for sure, but the Pacers are looking to prove themselves and they always play better at home. There are enough issues with that Boston offense right now that I am feeling good about grabbing the points here.

Utah Jazz vs. Denver Nuggets Betting Tips:
The Jazz schedule is a monster right now. This is their third game in four days and the second half of a back-to-back. Making matters worse they are traveling to Denver which is the highest elevation city in the NBA and Donovan Mitchell could be out once again. Love the Jazz, think they have a real shot at the #2 seed in the West, but this is a scheduling nightmare.
Denver is always one of the best home teams in the league due to their unique home court advantage and thus far this season they have a +12 point differential at home. Nikola Jokic is really breaking out and he has a ton of weapons around him. This team wants to join that upper echelon of West teams and will be going hard tonight.
