Three NBA tips for November 4th, 2021.
A 3-0 record on Tuesday including a really exciting Suns win. They were down 11 at the half when we laid -11.5. I thought for sure that was going to be a loss, but they came back strong in the second half and won by 12.
Philadelphia 76ers at Detroit Pistons Betting Tips:
Once again we’re picking on the Pistons.
They faced the Bucks on Tuesday with most of the Bucks outside of Giannis on the injured list and were a mere +4 underdog. They lost by 28.
Tonight, they are facing the 76ers without Danny Green and Tobias Harris and they are a +5.5 underdog.
I don’t get it. They stink and the 76ers still have their best player and, I’d argue their second best player, Seth Curry. There is no reason this team shouldn’t easily handle the Pistons as long as those two are playing. This is a great defensive team and they can handle the Pistons.

Boston Celtics at Miami Heat Betting Tips:
The Celtics are an absolute mess right now. They are 2-5 on the season and have been giving up huge points in every game. They have allowed 115 or more in six of the seven games this season with the only exception being the Rockets, a terrible team.
The Miami Heat are not a terrible team. I think the Heat will win this one outright, but the line is climbing a bit higher than I feel comfortable betting on.
However, I do think they are going to score at least 115 here. They’ve scored 114, 129, and 125 over their past three games. They can shoot the lights out and they are facing a bad defense. I think they can hit 120.

Oklahoma City Thunder at Los Angeles Lakers Betting Tips:
The Lakers have had a weird start to the season. They are 5-3, but they have had a pretty easy schedule thus far. There are definitely some growing pains with this new roster and they’ve been messing with the rotations a lot. LeBron is questionable right now for tonight.
The Thunder’s one win this season came against the Lakers when they beat them 123-115 a week ago. The Thunder haven’t won since, but they are coming off a solid performance against the Clippers where they made them beat them in the fourth quarter.
That’s what I’m looking for here. Not another win, but I don’t think the Thunder will make it easy. The Lakers have a lot of talent that has yet to gel and I frankly they don’t deserve to be a favorite this large at this point in their season.
