Welcome to the Sports Betting Tips for Saturday, November 7th 2015.
We skipped the Barclays Premier League and other soccer this morning. We were so busy on Friday we didn’t have time to properly analyze it yesterday quite honestly and we didn’t want to go into that early on.
It was a solid winning day yesterday and we hope to continue that today.
CFL Betting Tips:
Two games in the CFL tonight. The big one is the Tiger-Cats vs Ottawa redblacks and what a game that will be. The point spread is just 4 for this one and last week when these teams played, the Ottawa redblacks got teh 12-6 victory in a tight one. redblacks need to win the division and they can do that with a win here. Honestly the way Ottawa have played this season – they deserve the win and we’re backing them at -4 odds.
In the other game we’ve got the Stampeders vs the B.C. Lions. The B.C. Lions have played more like the Detroit Lions at points during this season. The point spread for this one is surprisingly low and we like Calgary – who have a solid record head to head against the Lions – to continue that trend this evening. Let’s go with Stampeders -1.
NHL Betting Tips:
Winning night in the NHL and let’s hope it continues.
We’ll take New York Rangers for the win tonight on the road in Arizona. Rangers have looked something else lately – just up and above every other team. Arizona have also been solid this year but Smith was performing heroics early on that he is not now. Rangers also have a very solid record against the Coyotes and in this one we’ve just gotta take the New York Rangers to get the win.
Similar thoughts with Pittsburgh Penguins to beat the Calgary Flames. Penguins have looked fantastic this season since their early struggles and what’s funny about that is Penguins still aren’t playing their “A” game. They’re not fully rolling on all cylinders yet but are still really getting things going. Flames did look better against Philly but really – the Flyers are absolutely horrible this season at the moment and we just can’t see them bouncing back yet from that. Flames performance was misleading. We’ll take the Penguins for the win here.
NBA Betting Tips:
We’ll be taking the Timberwolves +9.5 in the NBA tonight.
Bulls have won by more than 9 points just once this season. They were just blown out by the Hornets.
Timberwolves on the road where they beat the Nuggets and Lakers. They’ve struggled their last 2 games against the Heat and Trail Blazers. But the Bulls are still struggling to retain teams. We’re hoping for a much better offensive performance from the Timberwolves tonight – that’s what cost them against the Heat and their 3 point shooting in particular was very poor. Wiggins had a bad game and we hope he can shake it off and come out and help the Timberwolves get the victory tonight.
