We called it last night – the Cavs were overpriced and by a large margin. They didn’t just fail to cover the point spread – they got absolutely hammered by the New York Knicks.
We were kind of excited to see LeBron in Cleveland – but this past week has reminded us that we still hate the dude. First, without him in action the Miami Heat won and we loved that. Then last night we were celebrating the win of the Knicks. Funny that as previously, we were honestly looking forward to it.
Hope everyone is going to have a fun Halloween, and hand out lots of fun candy. We’ve got a lot of NBA action tonight – 6 games in fact, while the NHL has 4 separate games. Should be a lot of fun.
Let’s get to the betting tips – and we’ve got a lot of them – for October 31st, 2014:
English Championship: Norwich vs Bolton Betting Tips
We’re getting just an excellent price on Bolton here, who are 6/1.
Since Neil Lennon has taken over, we’ve seen a real resurgence in Bolton. They won a tight game away to Birmingham, lost 2-1 to Charlton but then beat Brentford 3-1 in a thrashing.
Norwich meanwhile are struggling and it’s been awhile since they’ve won. They haven’t won in their last 5 games, including 3 draws.
We’d recommend two bets here. Small bet on Bolton to win at 6/1 and then your usual bet amount on Draw or Bolton at 8/5.
October 31st, 2014 NHL Betting Tips:
We’ve actually got two separate betting tips for everyone tonight when it comes to the NHL.
Blue Jackets vs Leafs: Blue Jackets are beat up, and the Leafs seem to do better on the road than at home. We’re getting a great price of 10/11 so bet the Leafs to win.
Ducks vs Stars: Both teams have dynamic offenses, but we’re getting a great price on Over 5.5 as the Ducks have started off their road trip lacking in goals. Watch the goals fly in here, bet Over 5.5 goals at 5/6 odds.
October 31st, 2014 NBA Betting Tips:
For NBA tonight we’ve got:
Cavs vs Bulls: Great line on the Cavs at +4.5. Yeah Bulls looked tremendous as did Rose, but we like a solid bounce back game tonight. Bet the Cavs +4.5 and go with LeBron to do the business.
Clippers vs Lakers: We’re going to go with Over 208.5 points in this one. Both teams have very strong offenses and this should be a very open game. We like this one to go in the 220 point mark possibly. Clippers won’t hold back here – trust us on that one.
