We had a bunch of plays on Saturday so let’s quickly recap those.
In the English Premier League, we went 1-1 for a slight loss of 0.34u. We had Palace or Draw against Arsenal and that one came in as Palace drew with them 1-1. Arsenal continue to have their issues. We lost with BTTS in Everton vs Brighton and that was an unlucky one. Both teams racked up 1.53 on the xG charts. It just wasn’t to be.
We went 2-0 in the English Championship for a 3u profit. We had Birmingham to score over 1.5 goals and they delivered with a 2-1 victory. We also had BTTS in Boro vs Derby and that one was nice with a 2-2 result there.
Serie A was 1-1 for a completely breakeven day there to make Saturday an overall profit. We had Lazio to win and they beat Napoli 1-0. We also had Inter to win however despite taking the lead, they ended up drawing 1-1 at home to Atalanta. Frustrating but honestly after that early goal Atalanta took control of the game and fully deserved the draw in my opinion.
It’s been a 2-0 day in the Serie A on Sunday as well to make for a lovely little weekend. I took Udinese to beat Sassuolo and they thumped them 3-0. I also backed Sampdoria to beat Brescia and despite Brescia giving us an early scare, that was yet another thumpign.
Not too much football taking place on Monday so I’ll have an in-depth look at the one Serie A clash taking place between Parma and Lecce instead:
Parma vs Lecce Betting Tips:
Parma are currently 8th in Serie A and close to a European spot. Lecce are hovering just above the relegation zone.
Lecce had a little run of form going for a bit but got thumped by relegation rivals Brescia. They’ve now lost to Bologna and Udinese following that. Their away record isn’t too shabby with 3 wins and 2 draws in 9 games.
Parma had a nice run stopped when they lost to Atalanta 5-0. However they have been decent at bouncing back. They have a .500 record at home with 4 wins, 1 draw and 4 losses.
Parma score 1.44 goals on average at home but concede 1.11 here. Lecce score 1.33 on average away but also concede 2.11. Of course there is a couple of poundings they have taken to up that.
22% of Parmas home matches have seen them log a clean sheet. Goals wises going by home/away only 33% of Parmas matches go over 2.5 while 78% of Lecce matches to.
I like Parma to get back on track here. That was a humbling loss to Atalanta and they’ll be motivated. They come out first and are a good first half team. I’m not confident enough to back Parma-Parma though.

$100 to $1,000 Challenge:
I’m sure you have seen these sort of challenges on other sites or on forums or reddit or even did them yourself. Honestly they are fun little challenges that I sometimes do while I am bored. Me and a friend will have a little bet with each other – who can run $100 up to $1000 first – then bet on all random games that day.
Thought it might be fun to spread it get it going here. My own “rule” is to go with bets that are 1.30 approx. So I’ll start with this game and go with $100 on on Over 0.5 goals in the first half at 1.33 odds. If I lose – well that sucks first time out but I start again with $100 – and if I win, I then have $133 to bet on the next game and so on.
And for the record only bet with amounts you are willing to lose (as this is a high variance, -EV challenge that will frustrate the hell out of you when a “sure thing”) loses. My friend for example will do a £10 to £100 challenge instead and that’s completely fine.
