Well a disappointing performance in the English Championship on Tuesday.
I took Bristol City to beat Millwall. However Millwall led that game early on and wouldn’t give up their lead. Bristol City dominated the possession and had some decent shots but just couldn’t get them in the net. Disappointing one.
I thought Fulham would be able to beat Preston away however they went down 1-0 early, then Denis Odoi got sent off. While the teams were evened up just prior to half time, it wasn’t enough and Preston came away deserved winners there.
There’s not too much football taking place outside of Europa on Thursday or Friday so I’ll look ahead to the weekend and the Scottish Championship, where we’ve had some decent success as of late.
BTW I am a bit delayed in updating the November stats in the spreadsheet due to injuring my arm at the tail end of November. A lot to catch up on but I hope to get to that tomorrow or Friday at the very latest.

Dundee Utd are top of the Championship while Arbroath are in 5th place. Arbroath are facing Dundee Utd at the worst time of course – they’ve just hit a little bit of a slump. They haven’t won in three games and you can see the goalscoring really fade off for them.
Dundee Utd come in on a 7 game winning streak.
Despite that, Arbroath are pretty solid at home. They score more here, concede less and generally just play better. Dundee Utd have a decent enough away record with 5 wins in 8 games.
I’m concerned with the goalscoring abilities of Abroath. It’s been bad all season but particularly bad in this last little run. However they have a solid defense that I think can keep Dundee Utd at bay.
I think this will end up being a tight game and that Dundee Utd are too highly favoured. Should they be favourites? Yes but not by the amount they are.

Dundee vs Dunfermline Betting Tips:
Dundee will look to bounce back from a run of 4 games without a win. They are struggling but I am seeing some positives in the way they play.
They take on a Dunfermline team who have been doing very well defensively lately. Dunfermline are on a three game winning run and are third in the Championship.
Despite that I have noticed some real frailties in Dunfermline away. I think they can get a goal here, but I think Dundee can as well. Dundee haven’t had the best home results lately but they perform well at home and I think are good at breaking out of that funk here.
I can see both teams getting on the scoresheet in this one.
